*Rebecca's POV*

He lead me to the picnic table and I sat cross from him. I didn't know what to say, so he spoke first.

"I'm sorry."

"Why are you sorry?" I asked him in a disgusted tone.

"Because I hurt you. And that was a stupid move that she made. And I care about you a lot. I never stopped thinking about you. I love you, and I never wanted you to get hurt." He said.

"A stupid move that she made?" I asked him and he nodded. "Explain."

"I will," he started. "She wanted to see me because she knew that I was going to be in Cali."

"And?"

"When I saw her, I was with madison, jason, and Louis and one of her friends. She wanted to play truth or dare and we all agreed. So her friend asked her truth or dare and she said dare and she was dared to kiss me."

"Why did you let her, if your story is accurate?" I asked him.

"Because she suggested that we should do a staged kiss instead. And she moved her thumbs when they reached my lips and she kissed me."

"What about the pictures?" I asked him as I looked at the floor.

"Her friend took that, they planned it. I didn't know that she would actually kiss me."

I stayed silent and just looked at him. He's blaming her for everything. I doubt that he didn't do anything.

"You know what mikey," I said as I stood up. "I love how you're blaming it all on her and basically saying that you had nothing to do with it. It takes two to tango, asshole." I said and turned on my heels and started walking away. I heard him running after me and I started running faster. And faster. And faster.

I was so angry and upset and at the point of crying from anger when he caught up to me. "I'm sorry!" he yelled as he grabbed me by the shoulders.

"No! You can't do this to me! it's not fair! I haven't seen you in a year and when I do, you expect me to talk to you when you want? ha no. I've been waiting 11 months to talk! I thought you would... you would... have enough class to talk to me that same day that I found out!" I said and one tear fell off my chin.

"Rebecca... I-"

"No! Just go away. Leave me alone, that's what you're best at anyways right?" I asked him and I was full on crying now.

He grabbed my wrists and tried pulling me towards him. I was yelling at him to let me go, I was kicking him and trying to break free but I couldn't. From the crying and all of my energy that I had left, I couldn't stand my ground anymore and he was stronger than me. He pulled me with all of his force and I closed my eyes and within one second, my face was against his chest as he held me.

"It's not fair..." I cried and he hugged me. His one strong arm held my back and his other held my head, making my body be really close to him.

"You're not fair to me. Nothing of this is fair..." I cried and he swayed both of us back and forth as I cried into his chest. "I know... I know..." he said in an indescribable tone.

After one minute of silence, he spoke, "Im not saying it's her fault, it's mine too. I knew she was going to be in Cali, I knew that she wanted to see me. She texted me, I never that the guts to tell you for some reason. But I'm so sorry, I told her off afterwards and I'm completely done with her." He said and I stayed silent, and I was crying silently now.

"Rebecca, I'm not asking you to love me again, I just was to friends at least. Please, I care so much about you and I don't want to lose you.... I... I still love you. I'll always love you." He said and I stayed silent as I thought of my answer. But I did something that I think made my answer clear...

I hugged him back.

But I still had to put my answer in word form.
