The Fallen Will Rise on Broken Wings

Chapter Twenty Three-Judgement and Re-evaluation Pt.1

The day of the meeting has approached and no one was looking forward to what is to be in store.  Everyone gathered to the courtroom on time and with such anxiety built up. I couldn't help but feel pity for the others but at the same time I didn't. One would class me as a tyrant for feeling nothing for the people but you have to look at all the facts;

- During the years that I've been alive, The Kanto Royal family have neglected to enforce their rulings onto their citizens and actually let a mad professor loose on the region. Not only that but they failed to hear their citizens complaints regarding their gym leaders.

- The Hoenn and Johto Royal Families doing the same thing but neglected the laws when it comes to their people, specifically co-ordinators. Together with the Kanto Region, they believe such fallacy that my siblings and I are capable of abusing Pokemon and believed rumors of what the traitors have spread. They all neglected to follow up on chasing these rumors to see if they are true or not.

- I give Sinnoh Region's Royal Family credit though, they have followed protocols and enforced its laws that all the regions signed over 5000 years ago. Their champion, Cynthia, believed in Ash, his family and those who supports us when three nations shunned us, believing we are capable of such ammosity. I'm hoping Ash would take some leniency to them but after finding out some stuff regarding the Sinnoh region, that might not be the case.

- I know for a fact the Unova Region will be judged very harshly along with Hoenn, Johto and Kanto. Many people like the Unova region for it's tranquility and peacefulness, but like every rose has their beauty, so does it have its fair share of thorns. After what has been witnessed, no doubt Unova's Royal Family will be showed no mercy, along with its champion, Alder. 

-As for the Kalos Region, they will be judged lightly but will be spared from my siblings and my judgement. These past years, Kalos and Hielo have developed a strong relationship and thus we will be kind to them. However, due to some stuff regarding their softness on the law and about their gym leaders as well as performers, we will have to see how Ash will do.

- The Alola Region, we will spare them simply because they have done nothing wrong at all regarding recent events. Surprisingly, for a peaceful region and known for its laid back vibe, they are very good on their laws and treat one another with respect.

The doors to the courtroom open and my siblings and I walk in, our prized Pokemon by our sides;

Cecilia: Her Glaceon 

For myself: My Partner Sylveon and my friend Gardevoir.

We make it to our seats with Ash sitting in the centre throne, myself on the right and Cecilia on the left. We look down as we see all the members of the regions royal families, all the professors (Minus Oak), all the gym leaders (Minus Misty, Brock, Cilan and Clemont), all the regions champions as well as a few special guests I have invited. I would tell you but that would spoil the surprise. They were all stood in their designated areas and stood in place.

"You may all sit." Ash commanded, his tone filled with ice. They all gave one another a side glance as they quickly sat down on their seats. "I will now begin as to why you are all here." Ash stands up and looks down on them, "I have called you all here because of the situation regarding yesterday and the arrest of two of the challengers that participated in my tournament- Cilan Dent and Iris Draca."

"Due to the acts and evidence that we have discovered yesterday, it has raised volumes and thus my brother, myself and Cecilia each has done some research." I said, "What we have found had drawn our attention and thus we called upon the nations elite, professors, Royal family, Champion and Gym leaders. By law we are allowed to re-evaluate and judge those who have done wrong."
