Chapter Thirty Seven- The End is here + A Fairytale Surprise

Its finally here.

Today is the end step of the tournament which means the end game of my families, and my revenge on the 'poor unfortunate souls' which are the traitors. Battle after battle, things were drawing to their climax. As things stand, we decided that because today is a very special day with the traitors about  suffer, we decided to shake things up a bit; Since Max wanted to duel Ash, we will give him what he wants and have Ash as his opponent with my brother having myself as his partner. Apparently my friends and family had a discussion with the tournament officials as well as the Grimm children, and they all agreed to have the tournament end early but end things on a very high note.

Before the ceremony, I would be singing a song which was requested of me before hand from the makers of 'The Great Showman' to advertise their movie and then have the battle. Ash and I wanted to have fun with this battle and use this opportunity to plan out who we were going to use. I'm going to save Ash's team as it will be a surprise, but for me I knew who I were going to use.

My team (Tag team rules which is three Pokemon per person)

Zacian, Gardevoir (Ace), Sylveon (Ace)

What surprised me was that it wasn't me that chose these three Pokemon; It was the many Pokemon I had that made the call. They voted through democracy based on who is the strongest and who has been with their trainer the longest. To them it was obvious that Sylveon and Gardevoir was no contest based on their power and experience, but they also voted on Zacian, the Steel/Fairy Legendary Pokemon of the Galar Region to fill the last spot based on the fact that the Warrior Pokemon had the highest speed amongst the Pokemon as well as power, loyalty and passion to help deliever justice.

We all made our way towards the stadium where the announcers were going to do their job on announcing todays festivities.

"Greetings ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to todays festivities!" The crowd goes wild, "Since this is the last day of the tournament, the staff and the hosts of the tournament have decided to shake things up a bit and end this event with one final battle!"

"That's right!" Alicia takes it from there, "We all thought that today would be a very good time to shake things up and add another twist." She turns to her sister, "Want to share the details with our lovely people?"

"Thought you'd never ask." Penelope grins, "Todays battle will be like no other! A special tag battle of the titans! We will have our king Ashton Ketchum battle alongside his new partner Ethan Ketchum AKA Archangel Regalia against the treaded terrors of Max Haruka and former gym leader Misty Waterflower!"

The crowd cheers as they hear my brothers and my name while booing for the traitors. Sylveon and I couldn't help but smirk at the misfortune for Max and Misty, especially since many people were giving the enemy glares.

"Before we get to the battle portion of the event, I would like to announce that our very Archangel has decided to sing for us to promote the upcoming movie for the Hielo Region known as 'The Greatest Showman'!" The announcer calls out.

Here's my cue.

I make my way to the stage where a grand piano rose onto the stage from the underground. This piano is very sentimental to me as its the first piano that helped me along my music career while in Hielo as well as one that holds a lot of memories to me. Seeing the musical instrument before me made me cry a little in happiness. Doesn't help when the stadium lights darken and a soft tender spotlight hits the instrument, giving the piano drama. I make my way to the piano and sat down in front of the keyboard while Sylveon hops onto the body of the piano, getting ready himself. Since this will be a special performance, my buddy and I have decided to go all out and make it very special.
