Quirk: Hug
The user can control anything / anyone they hug ( put arms around ) and they can even make them say the things the user want them to say. The quirk will stop after 10 minutes of usage or until the target is far enough away from the user cannot re-hug them in time. Everytime they use their quirk they will better be able to control it.
Weakness: the user cannot control anything if their arms / hands have been tied up or unable to wrap around anything.
After user controls something / someone they are unable to control them for the rest of the day.
After using the quirk on a certain amount of people it will backfire onto the user stopping them from moving ( basically paralysis).
