Chapter 19

~~ Quick question for the future of this story! What hero agency do you want the character to be in? I'm clueless on what you guys would want so I need some help. I can't really write ahead much if I don't know what agency (Y/N) will be in.~~

"What's it going to be? Your wildest fantasy?", Midnight announces pointing towards the slot machine screen. ' I'd rather it be something like 'Sleep off' where you see who can fall asleep the fastest. I would rule at that unlike everything else in life. ' I think starting to day dream about sleeping peacefully and what's for dinner. "Cavalry Battle!", She shouts proudly to everyone causing a ruckus to happen of complaints and agreements.

"Maybe miso ramen would be good? I haven't had dango in a while. I could try tacos... Pizza... curry-", I start mumbling to myself with a watering mouth holding up my finger to my chin in deep contemplation. Everyone started grouping up with eachother for teams while I was just daydreaming about different assortments of ramen. Looking at all of my friends I notice that they already had full teams of four people leaving me alone with a couple of choices I'd rather not join.

Sighing to myself I just stand still waiting for somebody short a member to ask me to join their team. Instead they all just started talking as if I wasn't even here and a possibility to be their teammate. 'Ah shoot! They barely know what my quirk is. That's probably why nobody has asked me... right?' I think to myself trying to keep my ego at least a little bit high.

Somebody taps my shoulder lightly causing me to look over and see Shoji and Tsu looking at me a bit awkwardly. "Do you need a team - Kero?", Tsu asked me putting her arms in her signature frog pose which I have to admit is pretty adorable sometimes. I nod my head sighing in relief that they didn't forget about me. "Yesssssss~", I hear a little voice whisper behind Shoji.

"Don't tell me...", I mumble pointing behind Shoji and Tsu nods solemnly.

"Yep... Mineta's also on our team.", She replies answering my question before I can even ask it. Ignoring the little ball of grapes trying to cling onto me we start doing a group bunch up making a strategy for this battle.

(This won't be exactly as the anime since I'm not watching it and basing this chapter after the anime. Way too tired to do that so I'm going to be making my own scene.)

Having our strategy all planned we get into our cavalry position with Shoji's arm wings covering Mineta and Tsu while I'm on top of them ready to pounce on unsuspecting teams and steal their headbands. Smirking at the perfectly planned out procedure we get into our ready stance with me already scouting out the other opponents for weaknesses and blind spots.

"GO!", Midnight announces to us raising her deep purple whip again making me wince a little. 'Why a whip? I swear if she has a kink for waving a whip around at kids, I quit from being a hero.' I think sarcastically while I feel Shoji start running from beneath me. "You see that team with the purple haired dude? Pretty sure he has a mind control quirk so If I get him then I get his whole team. 295 points in total I believe.", I whisper to Shoji making him nod giving a grunt of understanding.

Speeding off behind Hello Kitty's team I crouch gathering strength in my legs to jump onto his team. "Now!", Tsu shouts perfectly timing the whole ordeal for me to hit the target straight on. Surprising the whole team, their 'leader' has no time to react as I engulf him in a hug controlling him immediately.

'How does his quirk work? Maybe I can ask his teammates?' I think pulling off the point headband from 'my' head and passing it to Shoji. Right before leaving back to my body I ask," How does this guy's quirk work again?" Making Aioyama answer," I think he needs to ask a question... fu-"

And then it felt super weird like... SUPER, Controlling somebody who is controlling somebody is just a straight up no no giving me an instant headache detaching me from my purple haired vessel. I hold my head a bit before steadying myself back onto Shoji's limb wings. 'Remind me to never do that again... owwwww.' I bug myself closing my eyes for a bit to regain my composure.

Mineta and Tsu take my short rest time to attack other teams trying to snatch their headbands but not being all that successful since lots of people have quirks which can easily avoid or evade their quirks. Once I feel a bit better about myself I open my eyes up again and scout out for another vulnerable team to prey on.

Everyone seems to be full on fighting while we are just watching from afar making me realize none of us are really that battle heavy except for maybe Shoji who can't do anything for us right now since he is currently using his quirk to shield us from headband snatchers. 'Fudge... Should have tried to get somebody else on this team while we could. At this rate we are going to-'

"FINISH!"
