Itachi's POV:
"Itachi!" Sasuke yelled angrily at me. I didn't care. I smirked at Chika's still shocked face and grabbed her properly and jumped... I just jumped with her. I forgot all what it means to be a respectful Crown Prince. Sasuke angered me too much and Chika attracted me too much to care.
Chika's POV:
I barely had time to hold my breath when I hit the water. It engulfed me and I immediately kicked upwards so not to sink so far. When I broke to the surface I let out a little scream from the shock and coldness of it all. I was able to catch my breath and I was breathing fast. I heard Itachi laugh from behind me. I was still in such a shocked state to actually remember my place. I turned to him in the water with wide eyes and he just chucked as he floated beside me.
"You... you threw me in!" I exclaimed only making him laugh again. It was too cold and scary to stay in the water so I immediately turned to swim to the rocks. But Itachi caught me around the middle and pulled my back into his chest.
"You need to face your fears" he murmured into my ear.
"ITACHI!" Sasuke roared from up on the rocks. I gasped up at him to see him looking beyond furious. But Itachi only chuckled at him. Some guards came running over obviously having heard the splash and all the racket.
"Is everything ok?" they asked shocked as they saw us in the water.
"Everything is fine" Itachi said still holding onto me. I tried to pry him off but he wouldn't allow it. He must have very strong legs because he was helping keeping us a float. I was trying but it was hard being so close to someone in the water.
"No it is not!" Sasuke yelled scaring me.
"Ignore him. I am the Crown Prince" Itachi retorted.
"AND THAT IS MY MAID!" Sasuke shouted back.
"Hn" was all Itachi said.
"Itachi, the water is freezing!" I complained with my teeth chattering looking around the water nervously. If I see a dark shadow under us, I am going to drown myself out of fear. Itachi chuckled and pulled me closer to him.
"The longer you stay, the warmer it will get" he told me in my ear. I didn't know what to feel right now. I had too many emotions; shock, fear, confusion, awkwardness etc. I can't understand why he would throw me in with him. Suddenly I felt something rub against my arm. I squealed thinking it was a jelly fish or something sinister like that. I tried to push away from it and that only made Itachi laugh. "What's wrong? It's sea weed" Itachi said highly amused.
"Don't let it touch me!" I said freaking out and he only laughed again.
"It's sea weed Chika" he told me like I was dumb.
"I know! But what if it wraps around you and tries to pull you under?" I asked totally panicking. It only made him laugh. He wasn't taking my fear seriously!
"Itachi?" I heard the Emperor call as he started to come over. Oh God help me. "Itachi!" he said alarmed as he saw him in the water with... me. I heard Itachi sigh.
Itachi's POV:
Better get her and myself out of the water or my Father will have a canary. I started to swim over to the edge but Chika started to freak out since we were heading straight for the sea weed.
"Oh God no!" she shouted as she tried to turn around. She latched onto me, very much the same way she did when she saw the rat. We were practically right at the rocks. It was no big deal. I allowed her to hold on and I only had to do two strokes before my feet touched the rocks. She was shaking holding onto me whimpering a little. I chuckled as I climbed up the rocks a bit.
