My eyes quickly fluttered open, I turned to see my arms around another body. I widened my eyes in shock. I carefully try to pull my arm away but before I could El started to yawn and open her eyes. I panicked and quickly closed my eyes so she wouldn't know I was staring at her sleeping.
"your eyes are literally moving." El chuckled.
Well shit.
"You're pretty." I bluntly said before standing up to stretch.
At the corner of my eye, I saw El's cheeks turned to a light shade of pink earning a smile from me.
As El was about to say something, Mike ran downstairs with pots and pans in his hand.
"WAKE UP YOU SHITHEADS!" He yelled, "Besides El."
I rolled my eyes.
"THE WAFFLES HAVE BEEN TOASTED AND THE STOMACHS HAVE BEEN.... READIED!"
We could faintly make out a "Language" from Mikes dad.
El squealed when she heard the word waffles and ran up to the kitchen.

We were all sitting at the dining table making random conversations while watching Eleven inhale 5 waffles a minute.
"How about we go to the lake today," Mike smiled with some syrup dripping out of his mouth.
"Leeches?" Lucas asked.
"Hm pussy." I chuckled making the rest of the boys try and hide a smile.
50 waffles and 10 minutes later we were riding our bikes to the lake. We packed a picnic and our swimsuits. El was riding on Mikes bike after he insisted she rode on his, but I secretly took little glances at her.
When we finally arrived we put all our stuff down, luckily the lake was empty so we had it all to ourselves.
El and I started taking off our clothes to reveal our new swimsuits.
Once El took off her shirt I took a quick glance before she turned around and winked.
"N-nice swim s-suit Max," Lucas stuttered staring anywhere else but my eyes.
"Hey my eyes are up here stalker," I rolled my eyes.
"Sorry."
"It's totally not my intention to interrupt this not awkward conversation but CANNONBALL!" Dustin yelled as he jumped into the water.
Everyone followed including me. Once I was in the water I wandered my eyes looking for El but she was nowhere to be seen until I saw her standing on the edge of the lake.
"Hey, wanna swim" I furrowed my eyebrows.
"I don't know how to swim," El whispered playing with her fingers.
"It's easy, there's nothing to be afraid about. Let me show you." I smiled grabbing her hand.
"It's alright I got you," I said holding onto Elevens hands. El looked at me with a faint smile but mainly fear.
"The water can't hurt you," I cupped her face. She nodded
I showed her basic swimming techniques and how to float on her back. After a while, we were on the other side of the lake then the boys. the boys looked like tic tacs from where we were. I figured mike couldn't interrupt us now so I push els legs down to help her go from floating to standing in the water.
"So.. before were rUdely interrupt us last night-" we started giggling "what were you saying about mike" el looked down.
"Well I don't think I love him anymore... maybe even boys," she said looking at me with sadness in her eyes. That made my whole body ache.
"Well, you have to tell him soon so you don't have to keep faking your feelings which aren't fair to both of you," I said, el started to tear up. I wrapped my arms around her and she put her head in the crook of my neck.
"What's wrong," I said concerned. seeing el like this gave me a deep pain in my stomach. All I wanted to do right now was bring her home and cuddle with her in my bed.
"I don't want to make mike sad or angry, and what if people make fun of me what if they make fun of me" she looked over to the boys flopping in the water.
"El they would be happy that you're being yourself. Of course, mike will be a little sad but he'll be happy for you. And if people or the boys make fun of you then their assholes. And I'm always here for you" I said peting els hair and swaying slowly.
El looked into my eyes. She leaned in and closed her eyes. My heart started pounding uncontrollably and my vision blurred. Then our lips smashed together. I kissed her back and I felt her smile into the kiss. Right now all that matttered was us kssing right here right now. She slid her arm around my neck and I grabbed her waist pulling us closer together. I passionately kissed her one last time before I pulled back and put our foreheads together and just stared into her chocolate eyes. A warm fuzzy feeling shot through my entire body. We were both smiling and had tomato faces.
Wills POV
Lucas, Dustin, and mike where wrestling fighting over some dumb petty argument. Since they would probably take a while to resolve whatever they were arguing about, I decided to look around at the scenery. I could see all the hills, birds and two girls in the distance kissing... wAit whAt. OMG, that's eleven and max!! I didn't know what to do so I just watched. If I told mike and Lucas they would be devasted and the girls would probably kill me. I just pretended that nothing happened.
