I woke up with Corrine beside me , I looked down at her pretty hair all in her face while kissing her forehead. I could really get use to this but with me being on the road all the time its going to be hard maintaining a relationship which was I need to talk to her about. I slowly got from under her and went into the bathroom took pee and shower.
After my shower I went downstairs to start making breakfast for the both of us. In the midst of me putting the second pancake in the pan I felt small hands wrap around my waist kissing my shoulder. "Goodmorning beautiful, how did you sleep?" I could feel her smiling on my back.
"Like a queen, you have got to let me know where you got your mattress from" she said giggling. I just mugged her because she know that's not why she slept good. We didn't fully have sex yet but I definitely ate good and she returned the favor.
"You know Jen and Wayno made it official.?" she said. I turned around sighing and shooked my head.
"Yeah, I cant believe somebody got him to settle down, but when he serious about somebody he serious so I know he will treat her right." she only shook her head. There was a slight silence between us as if we both were in deep thought.
"Breakfast smell so good,I cant wait to dig in." she said breaking the silence. "well you don't have to wait any longer because its done baby girl."
"omg Dave this smells amazing, all this for your bestie?" she said smiling.
"You know besties don't do what we did last night."
"Yeah they don't so what are we?" I sighed because I knew the conversation was soon to come up.
"Look Co, I really want to be with you, you make my day so much better, your their for me, your beautiful, my grandma loves you, and I definitely want you meet my Kari, but I'm always on the road and I don't ever want you to feel like your being neglected because I honestly wont always be able to answer when you need me to or see you whenever." She just sat there taking in all that I was saying.
"I understand, Dave I really enjoy being your friend though, and I can meet Kari and your family I can meet them as your friend, I dont mind going on the road sometimes with you either , I can watch Kari while your on stage and doing appearances." I just sat there amazed at the woman I was looking at. I walked over to her grabbing her face and kissing her long and hard.
"Why do you have to be so perfect for me mommas."
