"Ok, Jimin watch the weird nicknames, we have been over this many times already. " Jinyoung said as he smiled fondly at his younger friend

"I know, but I can't help myself sometimes, you get way too flustered to be straight. "

"OK, " Namjoon yelled as he tried to move past the awkward conversation.

"let's move on from the topic of Jinyoung's actual sexuality which seems to come up at every single meeting of ours."

We all moved to our assigned seats as we sat and waited for our next moves.

The first group to make their way up to the front stage was none other than the group that was hosting the gala this year. EXO.

There was loud applause as I looked around the venue.

I was knocked out of my trance when I noticed yoongi poking my arm and giving me the 'You good?' look. Nodding my head and assuring him I was fine his attention was focused back on the EXO members up front.

Chanyeol: For the first award, the category is; Most  Elaborate plans or schemes. The nominees are; mamamoo, Stray Kids, Nct 127, and IOI.

Slowly Chenyol pulled the winner out of his hand.

Chanyeol: and the winner is,  Stray Kids!

Hearing the name of one of my closest friend groups being called, drew me back to the center stage, where Bang Chan followed by Changbin and the rest of the stray kids made their way on stage.

"wow, being a rookie group this is honestly a really big honor to all of us, especially our little jeongin." Chan began.

A year ago today, Stray kids contained 8 members. Bang Chan, Felix, Changbin, seungmin, Hyunjin, Jisung, Jeongin, and Minho

They went on a mission to take back some of the precious things stolen from them. A lot of mafias don't risk it, but when something the group values is gone it's a loss of pride. In hopes to gain back that pride, they went in to get it back, In the process of getting it back they discovered the mafia group Big Bang had a member discreetly go rogue, he ended up being with the police which caused more chaos than we will get into at a later date. Anyways they didn't expect it to be Seungri. An elite killer, they went in blindsided. Although it was a tough battle, in the end, Jeongin jumped in front of a bullet heading for the oldest member Chan.

I remember so vaguely, how hard the funeral was, Stray kids is a group I and the others are very close to, so to see people who never cry, or never show any sign of weakness, it's sadder than taking the life of someone.
