 Get the regret Over
Chapter 10:
Face of Fact

James D. Maslow

It should be that way…I mean me and Kendall…He ever stated, our feelings were just platonic, nothing more because I never had sex with him and every time he asked, I always refused—I was never ready. I never made out with someone else, never even masturbated though I ever got wet dream sometimes, but rare. I had no idea what was actually wrong with me? I always frightened every time he asked me for that thing. I was not able to imagine what kind of fear that possessed me.

I thought what made Kendall turned away from me just because I never could satisfied his sexual desire—he of course needed somebody—somebody like Jo who also had the same allure. She’s perfect with Kendall, she didn’t provide full kindness but she had what Kendall really wants.

Definitely I was shocking out of hell, watching Kendall pleaded me to come back on his side. I am not his type at all, I am not wild—I am too straight-laced and unexciting. All I could give him was my heart that possessed with gentleness, affection and inquisitiveness which were not Kendall’s choice. Those were not the things that made Kendall happy, okay. He’s rather ‘bad’ if you know what I mean, and I had no talent to match him.

It supposes to be Kendall’s wedding day. I am not attending it, because I don’t want to ruin it with my presence. Kendall must be very upset; I have broken both of our hearts with my decision. I was deciding the hardest choice to be accepted but also the best way for us, besides Jo hates me so much. I bet She will drive me away if I come to her wedding.

.:Face of Fact:.

Jo was giggling on the mirror, seeing how beautiful she was on her wedding day, wearing a white classy wedding dress and fancy wedding veil, holding a bunch of flowers on her hands and being the happiest girl in the world. She’s very ready to take Kendall as her grooms, and imagining how ecstatic her life would be as Kendall’s wife on the future, Jo couldn’t wait to say her marriage vow in front of people.

Meanwhile Kendall was wearing his bow tie, and tidied up his collar as he looked outside the window, and saw Carlos and Logan came for him. They’re Kendall’s groomsmen of course, but someone was absent and Kendall had predicted one of his groomsman will be absent. He sighed in despair, remembering how cruel James to reject him. However today is special day—his wedding day with a woman of his life that he actually doesn’t love so much for now. He was thinking about James, not Jo, but as James had said; he better be serious having life with Jo.

As the preparation had been set, people rumbled on the garden where Kendall and Jo will declare their sacred oath as husband and wife, having their seats and chattering how amazing this wedding would be. The prince had waited for his princess bride, as the bride walked elegantly toward him followed by her maids slowly. She was very pretty on her wedding dress, and Kendall was a bit fascinated by her appeal.

“Dearly Beloveds and Honored Guests: We are gathered here this day in the sight of God and the company assembled to witness the giving and receiving of the marriage vows. Marriage is an institution ordained of God and is not to be entered into lightly or in jest and only after much consideration.” Said the minister.

Kendall was nervous, shuddering and he seriously wanted to escape from here. Why? This is the day—the glorious day he had been waiting for all these time. He made his decision leaving James for this beloved girl, and he had been worked hard to make this dream comes true. Now he just wanted to fade this dream and claimed it as nightmare. What worse, the first question will be coming to the groom. Kendall had no much time to think about the answer. Is it yes or no?
