Unforgettable Smile

I'll never forget your smile,
The grin that didn't mean harm.
It wasn't phony nor guile
Since you brought kindness and charm.

I was going to die there
But you saved me from hunger.
You just came out of nowhere
And you became my master.

You gave me shelter and home,
And feed me three times a day.
When I smudge your floor with loam,
You'd just laugh through the hallway.

I wag my tail happily
When I know that you were there.
You smiled at me cheerfully
As I licked your hand in bare.

But why this time you seemed weird?
Your face looked stolid and pale.
Like rock, you're stiff, never sneered.
You're not breathing, please exhale!

Master! What are you doing?
You must have to get up now,
If you can hear me barking.
I'm hungry! Please feed me now!

Why you're not smiling at me?
Why you're not moving your hand?
Open your eyes and see me!
I really don't understand.

What's coming out from my eye?
I can't stop them from falling.
They're like raindrops from the sky.
Wait! Am I really crying?
