Untreated HIV will lead to AIDS. Once a person has varied complication like Pneumonia or Tuberculosis and other sickness with a very low Cd4 of 500.
Without the antiretroviral treatment, a person with HIV will remain alive for three years but once has a dangerous opportunistic infections, life will be shorten to a year.

Continuous taking or ARV extend the life expectancy of a person and live a normal life. Even though we have no cure yet,life will be normal with the support and understanding of our family and hope from the people around us.
Know your Status
It is my advocate to encourage men and women to have a test. Know your status. HIV has no symptoms or exact symptoms. Only an HIV test tells you that you have it. It is better to be late. Then, once you know about the facts and how to avoid the virus stick on it.
