Taking ARV can give good or bad side effects to your body. Anemic and diarrhea are bad side effects of Aluvia and Lamizaido.

For first two weeks of monitoring, these things were absent to me. What I love when this medication make me sleep more but on my another two weeks monitoring, my doctor told me that my hemoglobin was very low and asked me to take Iberet then after two weeks blood test again.

Aside from this vitamin, what kind of food will I take to increase that iron on my blood.  Here are some of the food we can eat to increase that iron in the blood.

- Green Leafy Food

- sardines

- liver or any animal organs ( I cooked Chicken liver today with sweet potatoes, green bell pepper, and carrots)

-  seafood ( I do not like them since)

- fortified food

- beans and nuts

No one food will cure anemia. But eating an overall healthy diet rich in dark, leafy greens, nuts and seeds, seafood, meat, and beans can help you get the iron you need to manage anemia.

When following a diet plan for anemia, remember these guidelines:

Don't eat iron-rich foods with foods or beverages that block iron absorption. These include coffee or tea, eggs, foods high in oxalates, and foods high in calcium.Eat iron-rich foods with vitamin C-rich foods, such as oranges, tomatoes, or strawberries, to improve absorption.Eat iron-rich foods with foods that contain beta carotene, such as apricots, red peppers, and beets, to improve absorption.Eat a variety of heme and nonheme iron foods throughout the day to up your iron intake.Eat heme and nonheme iron foods together whenever possible to increase iron absorption.Add foods rich in folate and vitamin B-12 to support red blood cell production.
