For the first few days Ellie didn't know what to do. It was strange for her – not to have to go to work. And at all, to have so much free time. She couldn't find herself, but Ronnie came to help. The girl brought her various books or suggested some movies. And that's what she was doing for most of her free time.

She wasn't used to it, but after all, she was quite sure she liked it. She loved, especially, the fact that she was close to Ronnie for most of the time.

The same was that afternoon. The girl decided to prepare a dinner for both of them. Ellie wanted to help, but Ronnie insisted on doing it on her own, so that the psychiatrist could rest even more. And since the younger woman was stubborn Ellie didn't see the point in quarrelling, so she stayed in a living room with one of the books. However, soon she could hear the girl swearing and yelling at the cookery book.

"What?! Jesus... Stupid book"

"Do you need some help, baby?" Ellie asked not moving from the couch

"No! No need! Rest!"

Staple focused on the book again, but she couldn't help and hearing the girl's sighing and huffing she decided to help anyway.

Ellie made her way to the kitchen only to see the girl sitting on a kitchen island and poring over the cookery book. She was dressed in a pair of black ripped jeans and baggy denim shirt – which Ellie adored. The psychiatrist bit her lower lip looking at the girl. She barely managed not to laugh at the sight of Ronnie shaking her head and muttering even more curses at the book.

"Let me help you" she offered coming to her

"What? No. You have vacation. And I'm a grown woman. I can do this"

"I know you can" she placed her hands on the girl's thighs "But I want to spend some more time with you. And helping you sounds like fun" she looked at her reassuringly

Ronnie smiled sweetly and kissed the other woman.

"So, what did the poor book do to you to earn all those curses?"

"It's fucked up. And I fucked up, because that book is more fucked up than a book can be" she rolled her eyes

"Can I taste it?" she moved towards the induction hob

"El, no! It's..." she didn't manage to finish as the woman already tasted the dish

Ronnie stood next to the woman examining her features and biting her thumb's nail with anticipation for her words.

"It tastes like... You tried... It's not that bad. Really"

"I had better order some food"

"Wait" she took the girl's hand

"What?"

"Well, since none of us can cook, I think we can do a better use of this worktop" she said pulling the girl closer and smirking

"Is that an indecent proposal, Miss Staple?"

"Maybe" she kissed her

"I suppose it'll be funnier than cooking" Ronnie said against the other woman's lips

"I bet it will" she smiled helping the girl to sit on a kitchen island again

Ronney kissed the other woman deeply, while Ellie began to unbutton the girl's shirt. However, she came to the conclusion that it's taking too much time, so she pulled it a bit harder. The strong move destroyed the rest of the buttons, but none of them cared.

Ellie smiled with satisfaction, as the girl moved her arms to let the shirt slip down. After that the psychiatrist was fast to take off the girl's jeans
