Luna woke up, her alarm clock blaring. In the other bed, Callie sat, stretching. Luna pulled out her laptop, scrolling through emails. The first one was from her mom,
I hope you are well! Smokey and I will stop by tomorrow, along with all his stuff! Tell me what team you made.
Luna smiled, Smokey was her brown ferret. He was her ESA, so they had gotten special permission to bring him. That's one reason why they had gotten a bigger room. Callie liked Smokey, so she was excited to hear he was coming.
They both perched on top of Luna's bed, and Luna's eyes widened, "The results are out!" They both clicked on the email, and Callie grinned.
"Intermediate!" The two high-fived.
"Advanced." They grinned, and hopped off the bed.
"We can head to Starbucks, there is one on campus." Callie suggested, and the two changed and walked outside.
They ordered, and drank their coffee.
"I'm so-"
"What are you doing at my table?" They twisted around.
