The Youngest Aquabat

Chapter 6

     *Rose POV*

     Ricky washed me and took me out of the tub wrapping a towel around me. I noticed that he was looking at all the scars on my body, he looked sad so I smiled at him.

     "I never realized how bad it was." Ricky said looking at me with sad eyes. Jimmy then came in the bathroom with some new clothes for me to wear, it was an Aquabat uniform and underwear. I smiled widly and hugged Jimmy. He smiled back at me and handed me the uniform then he and Ricky turned around for me to get dressed.

    "Are you done Cadet?" Jimmy asked and I nodded tapping their backs.

     'Daddy!' I mouthed and hugged Jimmy tightly.

     "Aww, she thinks your her daddy Jimmy." Ricky said cheerfully.

     *Jimmy POV*

     I smiled as she hugged me and called me her daddy. I promise to be an amazing daddy to her, at least better than her real father.

     Moments later I carried her to the cockpit of the battle tram. She looked around in amazement. We all took our seats and I sat Rose on my lap.

     "How are you going to drive now Jimmy?" Crash asked.

     "I'll figure it out." I said and smiled at Rose. She looked at me and smiled back.

*Time skip to a summer camp*

     "We're here." I whisper to Rose who was asleep on my chest. She woke up and looked around a little scared but I reassured her with a smile and light squeeze.

     "How do you think she'll do with all these kids around Jimmy?" Bones asked. I shrugged and we existed the battle tram.

     "Let's welcome the Aquabats!" yelled Camp Councillor Jewel. We ran onto the stage, me holding Rose who had her face hidden in my shoulder.

     "Thank you Camp Councillor Jewel, what's up little homies!" Commander yelled and the kids screamed.

     Rose jerked in my arms and hid her face deeper into my shoulder. I rubbed her back soothingly and bounced her a bit.
