The Greatness in Me|| On Hold

Chapter 2

It was the day before the kidnapping and life was just usual.

We entered the school and it was filled with nerds, jocks, AV geeks, musical nerds and of course the popular kids, like usual. Now Ri would fit in the popular squad, but refuses to leave me. I, on the other hand, is a very unique social group. I stay by myself, when I'm not around Ri of course, and only talk when I'm in class, when I have too.

We walked to our lockers, which, coincidentally are beside each other.
"I have Math now."
"But we have at least 3 or 4 more minutes until class begins."
"Ri, come on. You know me."
"Okay, okay. You go to maths class. I'll go to the bathroom and burn off the rest of the time. And please don't give me that look."
"What look?"
"The look that your giving that says: do-it-and-you'll-die look."
"Fine. What ever. I'm going to class."
"Okay."
We parted and went our separate ways. We didn't see each other until lunch.

After school we went to my house as today was sleep over day and I just couldn't wait. We ate pizza and played pillow fight and now we were going to prank my parents.

They were asleep and we put toothpaste in my dad's hand. We used a feather and tickled his nose. And splash! The toothpaste splashed everyone. Me, Ri and mom. We ran from their room laughing as my dad screamed after us. The rest of the night went in a blur and we fell asleep about 10:55pm.

Unfortunately I didn't know that today was the last normal day I had with my best friend. After this, my life changed.

I'm soooooooo sorry this chapter is short but I just want to speed it up to the kidnapping. So the next chapter will be long and interesting. I promise.
