{Silver's POV}

There it was, the Shiba House.

I smiled, and knocked on the gates, as I heard the doors open. I walked in, as I found myself in the front garden.

I saw someone on the pavilion, and I saw that it was a guy my age, working on a training dummy.

I raised my eyebrows. "Can I help you?" The guy asked, and lowered the sword.

"Well if I was a Nightlok, I wouldn't have been able to get in. But, it's still nice swordplay. I guess that was still always one of your strengths Jay."

I said, and he looked at me, and swung the sword back quickly onto his shoulder, and he looked at me.

"Silver Storm." He said, and I looked at him. "Hey Jayden. It's been a long time." I said, and he looked at me.

"You're right it has. Come on." He said, and I pulled out my own sword, and I looked at him. "For old time sake?"

I asked, and he looked at me. "I'm happy to." He said, and he charged at me.

I ducked down low, dropping onto my knees, as I dropped, swinging my legs out hard, and he dropped on his back.

I stood up, and he looked at me, and shook his head. "You've gotten better, I will admit that."

He said, and I was suddenly on the ground next to him, and his sword was at my throat.

"But, you still need to train." He said, and I looked at him. "Isn't that always going to be needed Jayden?"

I asked, and he looked at me. "Good point." He said, and he lay next to me, looking tired.

"I heard there's a new Red Ranger in town. Any chance I'm next to him? At this moment?" I asked, and he looked at me.

"I've finally become ready, to take over the mantle." He said, and I look at him, and shook my head.

"Jayden Shiba. Red Ranger. My now oldest friend. You were always ready. You just didn't want to believe it."

I said, and he sighed. "I guess you're right. But I would feel a whole lot of energy and more confidence if I had my oldest friend by my side."

He said, and I looked at him.

"Silver Storm. The Silver Ranger."

Jayden said, and I looked over at him.

"Mentor Ji would never allow it."

I said, and I heard the door of the Shiba House that led into the garden and the pavilion open.

I stood up quickly next to Jayden, as Mentor Ji came out onto the porch. "I thought I sensed someone else."

He said. "Silver Storm. It has been a very long time young one. You are a warrior, and a samurai now."

He said, and I looked at him. "In all except outfit." I said, and he tossed me a Samuraizer. I caught it in my hand, and Jayden's eyebrows raised.

"You remember your symbols then."

He said, as I flipped it open and drew swiftly, the kanji symbols for shadows and then the element of shadows and darkness.

"The wolf hunts at night." I said, and Jayden smiled. "You're the fire aren't you?" I said, and he looked at me. "I. Yeah I am. But how did you know?"

He asked. "It takes only the slightest bit of innocent blood in peril for the spark to light up inside of you Jayden. It's not exactly subtle."

I said, and Master Ji chuckled lightly at my comment. "She does have a lot of good points Jayden." He said.

"I had very much forgotten that. But, it is now the time. For us to bring the other Samurai to us."

Master Ji said, and drew back the bowstring, and fired each of the single arrows.

I held my Kanji foldizord that had the symbol of shadows on it, and I looked at Jayden, who nodded at me.

"You now are ready Silver. You just have to believe, in the fact, that you yourself are in fact ready for this."

He said, and I looked at him. "You're quoting my own words back at me." I said, and he looked at me.

"Did they work?" He asked laughing at me lightly, and I laughed with him, and smiled. "Yes they did. They most certainly did."

I said, and he caught me in a playful headlock, and I ended up flipping him onto the ground.

I felt his hands on my arms, keeping me off of him, and suddenly he rolled, and I was now the one pinned down.

Suddenly, the Nightlok alert went off, and Jayden was off of me instantly, as I stood up.

He drew a kanji symbol, and I mimicked him, and suddenly there was two horses standing there.

"Huh. Classy." I said, and he looked at me. "Let's just go." He said, pulling on a flannel over his shirt.

Then he reached out and caught the other four Samuraizers from Ji, and put them in a saddlebag, and we both loped off on our horses.

I was surprised to see a car with the symbol of the Shiba household on it, and I looked at Jayden, who was too focused to say a word, to anyone.

I leaped off my horse, and rolled, as I stood up, and he stood next to me, as I looked at the four other people, who were to become Samurai with us.

"Who are you?" The one who looked like a gamer said. "I'm Jayden Shiba, the Red Samurai Ranger."

Jayden said, and he looked at him.

"I meant her." He said, and I looked at him, and took it to mean that he now, quite definitely, meant me.

"I'm many things. But for one, I'm gonna be the last person you ever see if you talk to him like that again."

I said, and he looked at me.

"Right..." He said, and his voice trailed off, once he realized that I in fact, was not kidding about that.

"Also for my number two. I'm a Samurai like you. I'm Silver Storm. Silver Ranger."

I said, and Jayden looked at me, with a slight nod of something that was like respect.

"Let's get going then. Unless any of you want to turn around. I mean, you could go home."

Jayden said, and I looked at him.

"This is my home." I said quietly, lowering my eyes, having not meant to say it out loud.

"I'm not going anywhere."

The other more serious guy said.

The others quite quickly chimed in as well, and Jayden tossed them the first Samuraizers. "Let's do this."

I said, and he looked at me.

"Good luck. Everyone."

He said, and I stood next to him, my fists tightly clenched as all of us now approached the Nightlok.

They who were almost appearing to be now waiting for us. "Samuraizer! Go go Samurai!"

I said along with the rest, and I drew the symbol for shadows and darkness around me, suddenly, I was a silverish gray color. "You did it Silver."

Jayden said, and I saw that Mia was now a blinding pink, and that Emily had become the yellow samurai.

I looked around, and smiled at the world around me. "I did it. I really did it." I said, and we all charged at the Nightlok running at us.
