{Silver's POV}
I walked into the Shiba house from where I had been training in the front yard, and I saw that the other four were looking excited.
"What is it?" I asked, and they looked at me, then at each other. "We have a day off. Mentor Ji told us to go." Mike said, and I raised my eyebrows.
"Cool. But I'm gonna stay here I think. I need some space to just relax. Maybe take a nap or something."
I said, and he looked at me.
"That's funny, because Jayden, just ended up telling us that he was busy and had something to do."
He said, and I looked at him. "Are you asking or accusing?" I asked him, and he looked at me.
"Just wondering if you knew what he was up to." Mike asked and I looked at him. "Sorry Mike. I have no idea what he's doing." I said, thanking everyone, I could think of that I could lie to him.
"What is the deal with those two? I can't read either of them, however hard I try."
I heard Mike say to the group. "Well they certainly are mysterious."
Emily said, as I walked past them all quickly, and I knocked. Jayden's door opened, and I walked into his room.
"You told them you had something to do?" I asked, and shut the door behind me. "It is something to do."
He said, as I sat next to him, and he opened the box again. I saw that the Beetle Disc was sitting there, and I looked at him.
"You don't have to master it now Jay. You know you don't." I said quietly, as he looked at me.
"Yes I do Storm. I need to master this, before anymore of the Nighlok come back, and more people get hurt."
He said, and I looked at him.
"Can I?" I asked, and he gave it to me, and I looked at the disc, and dropped it, at the surge of oppositional power, that was surging, coming out from it.
Jayden caught it. "Sorry. I forgot."
He said, and I looked at him. "So did I. It is surprising that we get along good, since our elements don't."
I said quietly, and he looked at me.
"Just because elements are opposites, doesn't mean that the people who are inheriting them have to be."
He said, and I leaned my head on his shoulder, and he looked down at me, as I looked at the disc again.
"Are you sure that you can master this? Right now?" I asked quietly, and he looked at me.
"I don't have any more time Storm."
He said quietly. "Jayden. You can not bear this burden alone. No one can." I said, and he looked at me.
"I have to. No one else here can. Except maybe for Ji." He said, and looked at the disc again.
"Not even you can." He said, and I looked at him, feeling like I had just been punched.
"You're right Shiba. I can't. But I can sure as hell help you with support." I said coolly, and he looked at me.
"Why don't you just go the amusement park?" Jayden said, and I felt like I had been punched.
"Whatever Jay." I said quietly, and walked out of his room, and found Ji waiting for me.
"I knew you would be looking for this." He said, and handed me a box, which had the Shiba symbol carved into it. "Thank you Ji." I said quietly.
"Use it well. But do not put yourself into the whirlwind that Jayden walks into willingly. It's bad enough losing one student."
Ji said, and I looked at him.
"Am I your student now?" I asked, and he looked at me. "You always were my student, young one. No matter what it was that your parents said."
Ji said, as I lowered my head.
"Jayden told me. I truly am sorry."
He said, and I clenched my shaking hands around the box tightly, and I felt my old confidence.
"I'm not going to the amusement park today. I'm going to Master this disc. If it kills me."
I said, and opened the box that was in my hands, and it was the Wolf Disc. It shone red in my hands, and I smiled.
I felt the familiar power, and the glow faded to a silver light, about the color, of my kanji symbols.
"Go practice. I will see what I can do about Jayden." Ji said, and I looked at him, and smiled.
"Thank you Mentor Ji." I said and running to the kitchen to get water, then quickly I ran out into the yard.
I heard someone already shouting, and it didn't take a genius to know who it was.
I saw Jayden with his Fire Blaster where I was going to train, and more importantly...
I saw that the Beetle Disc was on it, and I backed up from the fire that was surrounding it.
I turned away when I knew he was tossed back, and the Fire Smasher lay where it had landed.
I ran over to him with Ji behind me, and Jayden looked at me, then at Ji, who picked up the Beetle Disc.
"You are not ready."
He said, and Jayden looked at him, and I saw he was covered in sweat and soot, but his expression was still fierce, just like the flames.
"You are literally playing with fire, here Jayden." I said, and he looked at me.
"Are you just in a habit of following me around?" He asked, and I moved out of his way. "Move."
He said, and I sighed. "I'll find somewhere else to practice then I guess."
I said, and I felt Ji now watching me leave the training yard, and I did go quickly into the house, into the room.
I pulled out my sword, and it morphed into my Shadow Staff, and I pulled out the Wolf Disc.
I attached it to my staff, and then I began to spin the staff how I normally would in a fight, and I felt the power surge coming.
I felt like electricity was jolting through me, now pouring into all of my systems.
I released the staff, and I still felt the kickback, as I tumbled, and landed on my stomach. "Ow."
I said, and stood up, reaching for the staff again, as Ji walked in. I gripped it securely, and he looked at me.
"You and Jayden are so alike." He said, and I looked at him. "So you have also noticed. Has anyone not?"
I asked, as I started to swing my staff around again. "I have noticed, but it is in a way unlike any other. You two..."
"If I didn't know any better, I'd say that it would you two, would be the ones of the Rangers to unite the two opposing elements, that have fought since the world first began." Ji said.
"We must master these then, before we can unite anything." I said, getting thrown back again, but simply getting up, and picking it back up again.
