{Silver's POV}

I was using my staff, and I was flung back so hard, that I smacked my head into the ground.

I stood up, and tried again, quickly helping Jayden up, when the Beetle disk became too much for him.

I thought I saw Ji, but I shook my head as I gave Jayden his Fire Smasher, and we both tried again.

We were both exhausted, but I knew, and so did he, that we weren't resting until we could use these, totally and I knew it had to be without problem.

"The team, and the entire world is depending on us." I heard him say, and I nodded. "The entire world."

I said, and grabbed my staff again, and let loose a scream of fury, and all sorts of other emotions, as I tried, again.

"We both can do this Jay. We have to."

I said, and looked at him, as we both got onto our feet, stumbling, but we'd gotten up. "We must."

He said, and I nodded at him, and he reached for the Fire Smasher, as I felt my staff in my grasp.

"Believe Jayden." I thought I heard Ji.

"Believe in yourself Silver." He said, and I looked to try and find him, but I could not see a thing.

Jayden's fire, and my shadows, were blurring my vision completely, and I felt my grip growing weaker, on my staff.

"I know you both can do it." Ji said quietly, so quietly that I barely heard him.

I heard Jayden shouting next to me, and I was screaming from his other side, and my hands were slipping, but I was determined to hold onto it.

The next thing I knew, I was moving, barely waking up. I groaned loudly, as I shut my eyes again.

I was closing them against the bright light of the morning. "Silver. You must get up." I thought I heard someone.

"Ji?" I groaned, my eyes barely open, slits against the sun. "Yes. You must be exhausted. You never gave it a break."

He said, and I opened my eyes fully.

"Jayden." I said, rolling over immediately, and seeing him lying next to me, passed out.

"Wake up! The Nighlok is back!" Ji said, shaking Jayden's shoulder. "Jay. Wake up." I said, shoving his arm.

Jayden groaned, opening his eyes, and grunting for a full minute, as I helped, managing to get myself up with staff.

I saw he had gotten himself up with the Fire Smasher, and we both looked at Ji, and spoke as one person.

"Time to clash again." We said, racing off as we raced off toward the current Nighlok location.

Jayden and I both morphed into our Samurai ranger form as we heard the team grunting and running toward, the Nighlok, as we were all trained to do.

I nodded at Jayden, and he sighed at me, and nodded.

"Your party. Your throw."

He said, and I threw my wolf foldingzord at the Nighlok, and his lion followed soon after.

"What's that?! A gnat?"

The Nighlok said, tumbling away as he, the Nighlok flew back, and I held my Shadow Staff in my hand, it was out in front of me, and Jayden held his Fire Smasher.

"What is this?" He asked, and I stared him down, along with Jayden. "That's a big blade. But it ain't gonna get you no respect from me!" Dreadlocks said.
