Chapter 5

I turn around to see...
Jax?
But he's...a beast?
Oh...no...
While Mal was trying to save Celia, Audrey shouts.
"Try and save your ex best friend Mal...Beast....ATTACK!" Audrey commands Jax.
Jax growls at me as he slowly walks towards me.
As I slowly step back, I hit a wall.
Dead end...
While commotion with Mal, Audrey and Celia me and Jax were in trouble too.
Jax had tossed Harry across the field.
"Harry!" I shout in horror.
"Jax...listen it's me...Hailey" I say trying to calm him down.
But he doesn't listen.
"Jax...please...it's Hailey!" I say.
I kinda have an idea, it normally helps Jax whenever he's sad or angry.
"Jax...please...don't" He says.
As he was about to try and claw me I quickly hug him and stroke his hair.
He calms down.
"Its me H" I whisper as I keep stroking his hair.
"I'm so sorry Hailey" he says.
"It's fine, don't worry" I continue.
We quickly go to Uma and Harry.
We were about 1-2 meters away.
"The ember, she can't do it without the ember" Uma says.
"Whoa!" We all say.
"Come on!" Uma says to Harry.
"This may be a bad time, but...I wanted to give you this" Jax says handing over a light pink rose.
A Few Minutes after as I held the rose, I feel something, like something powerful go through my body.

Harry's P.O.V:
Suddenly, me and Uma both see a huge pink ball of smoke.
It must have been when Audrey casted the last spell as Mal defeated her.
We both head to where the smoke was coming from.
"Hailey!" I shout as I see her and Jax on the floor.
Everyone circles us.
Hailey was laying on top of Jax with a rose.
They were both breathing.

A Hour Later...
"They're slipping away" Evie says to Mal.
"Don't worry" Gil says
"She'll be okay....she a fighter" Uma adds as she hugs me.
"But what if she's not Uma...what if I lose her...I can't lose her" I say as my voice cracks and tears roll down my cheeks.
"There's only one person who can save them...that's Hades...my father" Mal says.
Everyone looks in shock.
"Well I'll have to send guards." Ben states.
"I'll ride along to...the home is my Isle" Uma says.
"I'll go too, for Hailey" I speak up, trying not to burst out in tears.
"And uh...I do think we could've been friends" Mal says to Uma.
"I'm sorry I lied to you guys" Mal adds.
"You were just trying to do your thing" Jay replies.
"Yeah" Uma agrees.
Mal looks at Uma then at Evie.
"I get it" Evie says.
