Okay! Back to what you've all been waiting for 😂 the chapter!

Rikka's POV

"Are you sure about this Rikka?" Mana asked

"I'm positive. If there's any place in the world where Ira could possibly go, it's here" I said

We arrived at the beach, just exactly as I thought Ira would be. It was pretty vacant, although it was pretty late in the evening, so everyone probably just went home already.

"You seem very determined that he's here Rikka-chan" Alice said, "May I ask what this place means to you?"

"Well, it's nothing exactly special, this was the place where we met when he had amnesia and ever since then, we met up with one another here.." I explained

"If he truly loves me, then he's here. If not, then I'm at loss"

Mana put a hand to my shoulder

"Of course he lives you Rikka!" Makoto reassured me, "I'm sure you mean the world to him!"

"Thanks Makoto, everyone" I said with a small smile

"Let's split up, we'll cover more ground that way" Aguri said

"Right!" We all agreed

We all spread out to the corners of the beach. I looked by the small cliff where Raquel and I first saw Ira in the water, unconscious.

After a few minutes, I could feel a familiar aura..

"It really has been that long since I last seen the blue Cure..." a familiar voice rang

I spun around to see Mamon, looking the exact same as ever, and... Ira!

"Ira!" I called out to him. He didn't say anything

"What do you want? What have you done to him!?" I demanded at Mamon

"She didn't do anything" Ira's voice said quietly

"I-Ira..."

"Well he's right, I didn't. I found him a while ago on the far side of town, by himself" Mamon explained.

By himself?
I thought

We stood there in silence for a few seconds.

"Ira.. I was so worried.. I'm glad to see that your okay" I said, feeling released

"Oh! That's right"

I pulled out something from the bag I was holding, Ira's jacket that he had left behind

"I believe that this is yours" I said, handing it to him, he then took it, without any eye contact.

"I believe that Ira has some explaining to do.." Mamon said

"Right.." Ira then came forward to me, still not making eye contact.

What was wrong with him..? His presence felt cold... and eerie.. I couldn't help but back up a bit, without even thinking.

"I-Ira...?" I said

He then drew out a small blade. I stared in horror, for I had a feeling where this was going

"Ira! What are you doing?!" Mamon shouted from behind

"Rikka! Rikka! Any luck?!" I heard Mana's voice in the distance.

I backed up a bit more and stumbled, I turned to realize that I was at the edge of the cliff, with Ira and his blade right in front of me.

Mamon tried to pull him back, but Ira shot dark magic at her and she fell backward

"RIKKA!" Now Mana and the others were here, witnessing this all

I took a deep breathe, looked up at him and smiled

"Ira.. I know you wouldn't.. I know that you wouldn't" I told him

"....."

".... you're right..." he said in a small voice. He drew up the blade, pointing it at my forehead from a distance and lifted his head, to reveal his bright olive eyes...

Only... they looked different...

"RIKKA!!!" I heard all of my friends, screaming my name

"IRA DONT!!" Came Mamon's voice

He wore a wicked smile "..... I wouldn't......"

Instead of slashing me with the blade, at the very last second, his smile grew wider and he changed the blade's direction...

...towards himself

CLIFFHANGERRRR!!!
