Andres, the main protagonist, is living the main popular inner city Oaktown. Together Andres, and his new stepbrother Albert are going on adventures to deal with new and familiar characters.

Andres & Lil'D finally got out of the city ans made it to the suburbs area on foot. Andres gave some money to the Gross Sisters on their way to the house. Penny Proud wasn't home yet, but Trudy Proud was home, and allowed the boys to come in. Andres really didn't want to be here, but he doesn't want to be rude.

This beautiful woman is no other than Trudy Proud, who is the mother of Bebe, Cece, and Penny. Trudy comes from a wealthy family and became a veterinarian. Trudy is very intelligent, caring, and wise. She mostly be the peacekeeper in her household., and wants everybody to get along. Trudy doesn't like the bickering, fighting or the violence that is going on. Unlike Oscar, Trudy doesn't be hard on Penny when she acts ups. Trudy wants to be a fair parent.
Andres admires Trudy a lot, and he respects her. Andres often question Trudy about her relationship with Oscar. Andres helps her with the shopping, cooking and planning, but when it comes to discipline... he backs away.

Albert: Is this the right house?
Andres: Yep, 1443 Kelly Rd, this where Penny lives.
Albert: That's quite a house, it look smaller on on the pictures.
Trudy: (through the door) Hello Penny is that you?
Andres: No, Mrs. Proud, it me Andres.
Trudy: Okay, wait a minute please

Trudy: (excitedly) Andres, I am so happy to see you, you haven't change a bit!
Andres: (smiles) Hello Mrs. Proud it nice to see you too, looking more beautiful than ever.
Trudy: (blushes) Oh Andres stop, and who is handsome young man?
(Albert takes off his hat, and introduces himself.)
