Andres, the main protagonist, is living the main popular inner city Oaktown. Together Andres, and his new stepbrother Albert are going on adventures to deal with new and familiar characters.
The girls were looking around to see if they can get answers. The problem occurs when a familiar teenage boy step into a crowd. It's Wizard Kelly's son... Lil Wiz! Little Wiz clear his throat and pulled out a megaphone to began speaking.

This particular character i Lil' Wiz , Wizard Kelly's son. A wealthy and selfish teenage boy, who thinks he could buy his problems away. Andres met met one time, and he grew hatred towards them.
Little Wiz: (announcing) That's right ya'll right, the strip joint is opening next week. If you guys want entertainment, then come down to The Amature Strip joint next week. Remember, this could be your best night ever!
Little Wiz finished his announcing, and proceeds to set up. Angry Penny approaches Little Wiz with her friends to confront him.
Penny: Little Wiz, I should've know he was behind this! Come on girls.
Monica: I heard of him, wasn't he the same guy that open the clothing store around here?
Zoey: Well, actually that was his Dad. Little Wiz used to date LaCienega, then he got accused for stealing a watch.
LaCienega: (to Zoey) Way to bring that up.
Zoey: She wanted to know:
(Little Wiz shows up)
Little Wiz: Ladies, how are you on this fine day? Shouldn't ya'll be ready for school?
Dijonay: (annoyed) Shouldn't you?
Little Wiz: Wait a minute... I know ya'll, You're Penny's bitchy friends.
Penny: Stop trying to avoid the subject, Wiz. Now, tell us what this "strip joint'' is about.
Little Wiz: Anxious are we, if you must know my dad is opening up a strip joint to raise enough money to buy a city.
Maria: Buy a new city, what for?
Little Wiz: You see our city is getting old, and my dad wanted to buy Oaktown, so he can take over.
Penny: You can't be serious. There's no way in hell I'm going let you take over their city.
Little Wiz: (cocky) Sweetheart, with the money I make, I can do anything! (Little Wiz walks away laughing)
Dijonay: Dang Penny, he has the point.
Maria: I'm not going to let this happen. We have to tell Andres about this.
Monica: What's good by telling him, he's a kid just like us.
Penny: Maria's right, Andres knows more about Oaktown then anyone else. We have to tell him.
Dijonay: How, we don't know where this boy at?
Monica: I might have a theory (points at the boys at the food court).
The boys arrived at Wizville , and they are at the food court. Chaz was the first one to order a meal, and he's is not sharing. Duke was there too, and he was cool with the Mijos. Andres was reading the flyer that he saw on their way here.
Duke: What's up bros?
Andres: Sup Duke.
Antonio: This mall is freaking huge.
Reggie: I know right, it's bigger than our mall (looks around) Where's Chaz?
Chaz shows ups with a tray full of food, he's eating a hamburger right now.
Estaban: Did you just ordered another tray of hamburgers?
Chaz: What's your point?
Andres: I hope the girls are working on closing down the strip joint
Duke: What strip joint?
Manny: The strip joint the one Penny was talking about
Duke: I don't recall that.
(Andres handed Duke the flyer, and Duke reads it).
Duke: Dude! This is wrong!
Esteban: I know, it might be scary.
Antonio: What's so scary about s strip joint?
Esteban: Goths
Chaz: I don't see what's the big deal (takes a bite) we are not enough to to enter.
Reggie: Yeah, my mama would murder me if she finds out.
All the boys agreed on what Reggie said. Meanwhile, the girls showed up and joined in with the boys and told them the bad news. Andres tries to avoid eye contact to Penny,but failed.
Antonio; (shoulder bumps Chaz) Yo Chaz, clean yourself up, are ladies are comin'!
Monica: (flirty) Hiya boys,
All: (bored) Hey Monica
Maria: Hey Andres, where your brother?
Andres: Oh, he's in Oaktown, with Hector and Bennie.
Penny: You left your brother in Oaktown! Irresponsible
Andres:(angrily) Albert is not a baby, he can take care of himself.
LaCienega: Couldn't you least bring him here?
(Andres groans)
Duke: Hey ladies, any reason why ya'll here?
Zoey: Penny got interesting news, you may want to hear this.
Penny explained the entire situation in detail, and Andres turned serious. The boys are not happy to hear about this either. Andres & Penny has to put their differences to the side and work together if Andres wants to save their city.
In the late evening, Albert, Hector, and Beanie were hanging out in newly made tree house they built. Selena came back to apologized Albert for running away, and sarts hangindg with them. Soon, Andres and his friends met up at their spot, and Penny went back home.
Chaz: Damn, the guys made a fine looking tree house!
Antonio: I wish they've called, I be willing to help.
Andres: At least did something to occupied his time when I was gone.
Hector: Hey guys, what are you doing down there?
Andres: (shouting) I'm here to pick Albert up, is he in there?
Bennie: He's already up.
(The boys laughed at Bennie's joke).
Andres: HAHA very funny, but seriously is he up there?
Albert: (angrily) What!
Andres: Come on down, it's time to come home!
Albert: I don't want to go home!
Chaz: Holy shit!
Andres: Wh....Why?!
Albert: You left me here in this city, while you were badmouthing at Penny.
Reggie: (to Andres) That is true.
Andres: Albert, me not liking Penny has nothing to do with you. if you like her, that fine with me. Now, get down from there.
Albert: I said no!
Selena: I know what your feeling, but it's not safe out outside when it's dark out. There thugs, crooks, and angry dogs that come out at night.
Albert: I want to stay here here with my new friends!
Andres: I promised you'll meet your new friends tomorrow. Right now, I need you to come home.
Albert: Fine.See ya later guys, (climbs down the tree)
Andres: We're going home home now, I see you guys later.
