This is Andres Ramos... the leader of the Mijos... This supercool kid with big eyes who observes the life daily issues in Oaktown. Andre's mother passed away in a mysterious death, and his father Big Dre couldn't find a decent job to make money. Andres wanted the fancy cruiser bike to compete in the Extreme Games...
Andres is one of coolest kid in the block, and tends to have a mellow attitude. He is always hanging with his friends, and often gets into trouble a lot. Andres is clever, artistic and full of mad heart, and he's also popular.
Andres' life changed forever for him when father got a job offering in Wizville. They move together to California, and he stayed with the Proud Family for a short while. While living in Oaktown, Andres met a street kid named Albert, and after couple of months they became stepbrothers.

This character may look familiar to you, you know him as Lil'D from Class of 3000, but his name Albert Dilbert Lohrasses. Albert is a clever troublemaker boy who has a lot of street smarts. Albert is an amazing drummer and dancer , and has an act to of getting into trouble. Albert has lots of friends back at Atlanta, and made new ones as well. He is the new stepbrother brother to Andres. Albert doesn't like living in Oaktown too much, because the people are very different from him, and doesn't think he'll fit in. Albert don't like Andres sometimes , because he believes he lives in his shallow.
