Andres, the main protagonist, is living the main popular inner city Oaktown. Together Andres, and his new stepbrother Albert are going on adventures to deal with new and familiar characters.
The very next day Penny Proud was giving the silent treatment to her father, she only spoke to Trudy and Suga Mama. Penny got in her car and about to drive into Oaktown to get away from her father, until she got stop by LaCienga. Penny tries to ignored her, but it was no use.

This is one of Penny stuck -up friends, LaCienega doesn't like Penny, but she puts on a act where she's friendly and sweet. LaCienega is a very wealthy girl, and she treats her friends cruelity especially Penny. Andres & Penny see her for who she really is. The bottom line is... LaCienega is a bitch.
LaCienega: Well, look who it is... Penny Party Pooper.
Penny: (furious) What the hell do you want?
LaCienega: Oh nothing, I wasn't expecting you'll be alive after last night. (laughs)
Penny: (angrily) I wasn't drinking, you two-faced bitch.
LaCienega: (impressed) Wow, look at the hostility of Penny Proud, look like you grew a pair of balls.

LaCienega: (mocks) Ooooh, I'm so scared, Penny Proud gonna to kick my ass. (normal tone) I heard your boyfriend came by yesterday night.
Penny: (shocked) Me and 15cent broke up, and nobody was at my house last night.
LaCienega: See, that's how I know you're drunk, and wasn't 15cent.
Penny: (curious) Then, who was at my house last night?
LaCienega: It was some boy with huge eyes, and wears that white T-shirt and sandals. Oh, and there were some other boy who wears a sailor hat.
Penny: I have to check this out
LaCienega: Are you sure you should driving while under the influence of alcohol.

Penny sped off the driveway, and on the road to make her way to Oaktown, leaving LaCienega soaked. On her way to Oaktown, Penny was trying to figuring some things out. She wants to know who was at her house last night.
In Oaktown, Andres was happily eating breakfast with family,while he was discussing his plans with Big Dre. Andres was planning to take Albert to Mijos Park to make some new friends before school starts.
Big Dre: I heard you guys went to the Proud Family yesterday.
Andres: Yes dad, we did.
Albert: It wasn't a happy visit.
Tamika: What do you mean?
Andres: Penny got into big trouble last night, got caught drinking beer.
Big Dre: Penny Proud? The light-skinned girl with pigtails?
Albert: That's the one.
Andres: Is there something wrong, dad?
Big Dre: Well... (Big Dre handed Andres an article from his newspaper, Andres took a look and he was shocked)

Andres: (reading an article) THE MALL IS HAVING A STRIP JOINT IN WIZVILLIE NEXT WEEK, FOR GIRLS. FREE ALCOHOL ARE ALL AROUND. NO GIRLS WHO ARE UNDER 18 ARE ALLOWED TO ENTER.
Albert: That sounds serious, that probably why Mr.Proud thinks Penny was drunk...
