Andres, the main protagonist, is living the main popular inner city Oaktown. Together Andres, and his new stepbrother Albert are going on adventures to deal with new and familiar characters.
Wizard Kelly was looking out of his window with disgust. He was ashamed how his city is getting rotten, ans his business is going down. Little Wiz came to the office, and begin to tell his news. Before Little Wiz can say anything, Wizard Kelly went to the computer and spots what's new.
Little Wiz: Um..pops! Your plan coming together.
Wizard Kelly: Not now son, I want to figured out who this kid is.
Little Wiz: What kid?
(Wizard Kelly turns his computer around to show him).
Little Wiz: Oh, wait... that's the boy..um... Andy, I think. He's friends with Penny Proud.
Wizard Kelly: It's says here... (reading the article) that the Mijos are taking a stand to save their city, and they won't rest until it's over. (to Little Wiz) Son, what did you do?
Little Wiz: I just open up a strip joint at The Mall,and that bitchy Penny Proud was getting in the way.
Wizard Kelly: I didn't ask you to do that, now this boy, is willing to take it down. This is a big problem for me.
Little Wiz: But pops... We don't have enough paper for to buy that nasty city.
Wizard Kelly: I know that son... I need to find the way to make money, without hurting people, and I want to meet that kid.
Little Wiz: Do you still want to expend your city?
Wizard Kelly: If you think your little strip joint is going to makes a lot of money... then I say yes. Together, my city is going to be a large. Oaktown will belong to me.
Little Wiz: What do we do now?
Wizard Kelly: Bring that boy Andy, and his friends to me, and we have a little chat.
Little Wiz: And Penny Proud
(Wizard Kelly thinks for a minute)
Wizard Kelly: Do whatever it takes to stop Penny for shutting down your strip joint, and bring her here too.
Little Wiz: On it pops,
(Little Wiz left the office, while Wizard Kelly looks at the screen on his computer)
