SKYLAR

"What the fuck?" Ben says, completely in shock at what he's witnessing before his eyes.

No, no, no this can't be happening. Not now.

Bens shock instantly turns into rage as he storms towards us. "Are you fucking kidding me!" He yells.

"Ben? What are you-," I stammer, and he cuts me off.

"I saw you leave your house crying, so I followed you to make sure you were okay," he glares at me.

"Ben, I'm so sorry-," I try to apologize, but he cuts me off again.

"My brother Skylar? Of all people my fucking brother! You told me what happened between you two was a one time thing! Now I see this shit! What else did you lie about huh?!" He yells in my face.

"Okay, you need to calm the hell down?" Gabe steps between us. He puts his hands on Bens shoulders to stop him from coming any closer, but Ben smacks his hands away.

"Don't fucking touch me!" He snaps.

"Ben, I'm sorry. I didn't know how to tell you. I didn't want to hurt you," I cry.

"You didn't think I would find out that you've been slutting it up with my brother behind my back!" Ben yells.

"Hey! Watch your fucking mouth!" Gabe growls, and gets in his face.

"Fuck you! I bet you're loving this too. The fact that you were able to steal my girl. Though I didn't think she'd be that stupid to fall for your crap!" He spits.

"I'm warning you," Gabe glares at him.

"What? What are you going to do? You already took my girl away from me!" Ben shouts, and pushes Gabe.

Oh no.

Gabe takes a deep breath, and inhales before he speaks. "Look I'm sorry we hurt you, but I'm not sorry that it happened. You knew how much I wanted her."

"We both wanted her idiot! And I wasn't going to let you or your stupid letter stop me from asking her out–,"

"What did you just say?" Gabe cuts him off.

"You heard me," he gives him a smug look.

"How do you know about the letter?" Gabe narrows his eyes at him.

"I saw you put it in her bag," he admits.

"She told me she never got the letter. You took it didn't you!" He accuses.

"Gabe no, he wouldn't do that," I try to defend him. It's never been in Bens character to be conniving or malicious. Ben would never stoop that low.

I look at him waiting for him to deny it, but his silence and the look on his face says something completely different.

"Would you?" I ask in disbelief.

"I wanted you to be my girlfriend, and I didn't want him to get in the way of that," he admits.

Oh my god.
