Chapter 3
I have fake "me's" or really fake groups. Groups that I hang out with because I feel like I belong their, or really everywhere. The only true me is #1.
Fake #2 - The Bus crew
When I'm around my bus friends, I'm always smiling and playing and having fun. Theirs barely any serious moments were I stop in think.
"Throw food out the window?"
"Take videos?"
"Highlighter fight?"
"Watch all 2013 banned Superbowl ads?"
Our bus is the fun zone. Hard day at school? Don't worry your stress with be laughed away. No one has time for party pooper's. The one goth girl on our bus sits in the back corner with a frown on her face as the rest of us lolly-gag away. The one "good girl" on our bus just takes out her home work and silently works.
Fake #3 - The Community
With the disadvantage of going to a non-diverse school is having very few non-white people (No offense I'm not trying to be racist!).About 1 out of every 12 white people is a black person. So with the very few black friends I have, I try to connect with them. Our jokes, comments and thoughts are all based on us.
Fake #4 - The Open-minded
This group of friends is my Gothic, emo and open-minded friends. If it has to do with cutting, race, piercing and cursing its with them. They don't judge and I don't judge. These are the people who are openly about being gay, lesbian and bisexual. If I just want to lay on the couch with them, I won't be called lesbian. If I just want to talk about rape, murders and harrasment I won't be questioned.
Fake #5 - The Stuck ups
This group of friends is all Mr. and Mrs.snobby. Everyone rude in a friendly kind of way unless, your not in the group. Everyone has their nicknames and everyone has their flaws. Your flaw is the joke in the group. From "not matching" to "can't put on make up" from "kisser girl" to "slut" were all just a big family of haters. Everything mean is a joke even though we all know, it's much more than that.
Fake #6 - The need supervision
In this group everyone's either wild or calm but in the long run I'm the "mom" of the group. I look after everyone and try to help them make the right decisions. From stealing to have sex, I'm the one who puts everyone on track. Without me, everyone in my group would be in lost.
Fake #7 - The un-befriend-able
Some people are just un-friend-able, you just can't befriend them. No matter what, it's so hard to become friends with them. That were I come in. I become their fake "BFF". While they think were going to have a "great future together" I just space out and start nodding my head randomly. These people are just so unlike-able and they always seem to be attracted to me. Why on earth does all the jacked up people have to mess with me? I don't want to be their friend, so why do they want to be mine?
Fake #8 - The Worldwide connection
In this group I'm the top of the top. The best girl on the game. Well, the only girl. While other girls are out shopping in Vineyard vines, I'm at my house laying on the floor with my body pillow propped up under me, playing a games with my online friends.
Fake #9 - The girly girl
Shopping in the mall, painting our nails and calling boys is everything to my group of friends, but me. These friends are wild in a lovey-dove kind of way. While their dreaming about their crushes, I'm wishing to be who I really am.
Fake #10 - The smart-alicks
Were the smartest ones and the best ones. If you want help, come to us. If you want answers come to us. If you anything come to us? Yes. When someone needs help, were always the first ones they run to because maybe were the smartest or nicest and prettiest or coolest people in the class? I don't know, but everyone treats us like the book of answers, and to tell the truth, this book is so worn it's falling apart.
Real #1 - The mixing bowl
Number one is me, because it's who I truly am. I'm part of everything. I'm the girl who's the funnest on the bus, the blackest, the most open, the meanest, most caring, friendly-ist, bad-ist and smartest. That's me. Its who I am. A combination of everything their is. I have my moments were I can be it all. Some people can automatically placed in a group but because I can't, being in just one would be a fake me but being in them all would be all of me. Theirs only one place for me. In group #1.A_M
