You said it once to me that no matter how tough it would get you will always be by my side and you did keep that promise. We've come along a long way, haven't we? So many tough times and sleepless nights and we made through it.
You know I never knew what love was until the day I met you. Right from my childhood till date I've always seen my parents fighting with each other for some reason or the other. Even after all these fights they came back to each other and said 'I love you's. I just didn't understand how it was possible.
My mum used to say fights make love strong. How can fights make love strong? No wait how can fights make anything strong? I've only witnessed fights crumbling the universe of people. I've seen many of my friends walking away from the people they love and also seen their relationships burning to ashes. I've been sad and lonely in my own little world till I met you.

I guess this is what happened when I met you. I found the one worth suffering for and it was you. My heart was racing so fast, it felt as if it was going to jump right out of my chest and run towards you. There was a whole zoo in my stomach instead of the butterflies. Meeting you wasn't like the pleasant spring breeze or the beach waves, it was a raging rainstorm. We created a chaos, we're a mess.
I'll admit you have hurt me many times and I hurt you too but we are still here......so in love. Love- you showed me true meanings of this word. Now that I wait for you to return safely from your work I understand how my mum or anyone else in love must have felt. I always pray for your safety and well being first.
