Wonwoo's body hurt like hell.
There was a sharp pain in his left arm and his head was pounding as if someone was drilling a hole through it. He was extremely cold and his body ached. To make matters worse, he most definitely had a concussion.
Wonwoo's ears were ringing and he could faintly make out the sound of a muffled voice. Was it talking to him? He had no clue. Some sort of liquid slowly trickled down the side of his face.
Water, maybe?
He was laying down on his back on a warm surface, it felt soft and grainy too.
Yet the question remained, where was he?Wonwoo tried to open his eyes or at least get up but... nothing. He couldn't move. He felt as stiff as a rock.
Did he die? Was he in Purgatory; the place between heaven and hell?
Probably not, Wonwoo never really believed in those kinds of things. Although, he did feel as though his soul had left him. After what seemed to be an eternity later, Wonwoo's body finally decided to do what he wanted.
He fluttered his eyes open. He could barely see since it was dark and he wasn't wearing glasses but he used his common sense and assumed he was looking up at the sky.Wonwoo dragged himself into a sitting position, ignoring the immense sharp pain he felt cursing throughout his body. Grains of, whatever he was laying on, clung onto Wonwoo's back and he felt moist. He looked down at himself only to realise he was soaking wet. No wonder he was freezing.
The male took a moment to take in his surroundings: it looked as though he was on a beach. He couldn't see far, but he definitely knew he was on a beach.
That's weird. What was he doing on a—
Oh.Events of what happened previously, started to play in his mind.
The plane had crash landed. Was it successful though? And... how did he get here? He doesn't remember swimming but he was definitely soaking wet.He pulled off the bright yellow lifejacket from his upper body and threw it to the side.
Wait a minute.
Where was Jiwoo? Was she okay?
He had to find her.Wonwoo stood up, immediately falling down and landing on his side, groaning. His body was way too weak to even stand properly, let alone walk.
As Wonwoo was laid down, he thought things through. Even if he could stand, he couldn't see properly. He was short–sighted after all and he didn't have his spare pair on him.Wonwoo felt so... helpless. All he could do was hope that Jiwoo was okay and not dying somewhere. He felt as though he'd failed her as a brother. He should've at least tried to protect her, now he doesn't even know where she is. His anxiety levels began to rise with the overthinking and soon enough,
Everything went black again.

"Hansol, Mingyu." Seungcheol winced as he stepped forward on his right leg. "Stay here with Wonwoo. I'm going to see if there are any other survivors before the plane sinks completely."
Mingyu planted his bloodied hand firmly on Seungcheol's shoulder as he turned away.
"I'm coming with you. Especially since your leg is injured." Seungcheol was about to protest before Mingyu cut him off, "You can't tell me otherwise.""I'm coming too." All three males turned to where the voice came from. It came from a male with long blonde hair and very fair skin.
Hansol had almost mistaken him for a female, while Seungcheol thought he was the most beautiful man he'd ever seen.
"I want to help. I'm not injured badly and the more people we help the better, right? I've already helped a few people. They're further down the beach though."Seungcheol stared in awe, mouth gaping. Mingyu looked over at Seungcheol and smirked, replying to the male, "Okay, let's go we're wasting time."
Hansol dropped down to sit a short distance away from Wonwoo as the three males made their way back into the water. His head in his hands and his legs crossed. Hansol laced his fingers in his hair, tugging on it out of stress and letting out quiet sobs. His heart was racing and he felt himself becoming numb. He felt as though everything was spiralling out of control and his chest was beginning to ache, as if the situation wasn't bad enough.
As his cries got louder, Wonwoo stirred.
