Nico walked back to where Will was standing, "I had something I needed to solve."
Nico sensed Will studying him.
"Well, lets go. You'll be spending three days in the infirmary."
At first Nico wanted to complain, but changed his mind. He didn't know Will very much and didn't know why, but he wanted to get to know Will better.
Nico looked around once they'd arrived. He knew the war with Gaea had wounded many campers, but he didn't expect to sense so much death. As he followed Will to the back he looked closely at every camper they passed. In the end, he felt worse because he knew that more than half of the wounded would eventually die. Nico lowered his head as followed Will to a worn down cot in the very back corner of the infirmary.
"Sorry, but this is as much luxury we can give," Will tried to smile, but failed.
Nico resisted the urge to reach out and hug him.
"Will, we need you!" someone from the front of the infirmary called.
Nico looked up; he could sense that someone was dying. Before he could turn around everything went black.
Sorry this chapter was so short but I will probably post the next chapter right away.
