Chapter 7 (The Second Night)

Sorry for not writing in such a long time! I have been just like focusing on my HP and PJO book, which I have now successfully finished! Yay! Congrats to me!

Piper POV

As we were starting to eat, I saw Hazel and Frank racing to the table.

"Hey by any chance, are you guys related to wizards?" Leo asks out of no where. I mentally and physically facepalm myself. He really shouldn't say that.....

"Excuse me?" Sadie asked, clearly confused.

That's when I noticed something twinkle in Leo's eyes. Thank you Aphrodite. It was love, for Sadie! EEEK! Wait that means he is trying to get his mind off of Calypso! Yeah that's right! I got that out of him!

"Nothing....." Leo says quickly.

She nods her head with a look of concentration written right across her face.

I reached over and pinched Leo for mentioning it. Then I noticed Annabeth, Thalia, Nico, and Percy looking down trying to hide their sad expressions. I figured they were remembering Clarisse and Grover's deaths.

After that, we just stayed pretty much silent. When we finished eating, we decided to show, and maybe stay, the cabins that they will be staying in.

We showed them the cabins and how the guys will stay with Percy in his cabin, and the girls in the Aphrodite cabin. Those cabins only seemed fitting, for they were the only welcoming ones.

Even though we had all just woken up like an hour before and eaten breakfast, we were all exhausted from the early morning battle.

"See you guys later maybe! I for one am taking a nap." Percy waves over his shoulder.

"Bye Seaweed brain!" Annabeth yells as he jogs away.

"Come on. Annabeth and Hazel, I guess we'll see you two later were going to the Aphrodite cabin." I point to the very girly cabin about 20 feet away.

"Yeah I am going to go to the climbing wall with Annabeth, so see you later." Hazel says and her and Annabeth turn and start walking in the direction of the climbing wall.

Sadie, Zia, Alyssa, and Cleo follow me to the Aphrodite cabin. The second we set one measly foot into the cabin, it was like a squealing siren went off. The younger girls of ages 11 and 12 ran over and dragged the new girls off to one side of the cabin. They took out make up kits and hair equipment and started going crazy. Within minutes the four girls looked completely beautiful. Like woah.

"So tell me! Do you girls have any boyfriends?" The oldest girl Shyanna squeals.

"Ummm..... We do?" Zia gestures between her and Sadie. Oh poor them. That was the wrong thing to say.

"EEEEEEEEEE!" The girls screeched.

That's when I decided to finally step in and stop laughing. "Girls I think they've had enough. Come on. Stop cornering them." I pushed the beckoned the four of them to follow me and for the young girls to calm down and stay.

"This is where you guys will be staying. Make yourself at home." I lead them over to two empty bunks.

"Thanks. We're going to rest because it tires us out to like do magic. You know?" Sadie cocked her head to the side questioningly.

"Kind of, but not really. You see us demigods use pure will power to do things with like elements and stuff. So you guys get some sleep and wake me if you need anything."

"Got it." Sadie said as she curled up under the blankets on the bottom of one bunk into a fetal position.

I copied her and curled up on my bed into the same position. Soon after I drifted off into a non-dreamless sleep.

I found myself overlooking a field covered in ruins. To my right I saw what looked like a factory covered in the ruins of a mansion. To my left I saw..... Was that Hogwarts? But something was wrong. Something black, smokey like, was billowing out of the windows and other openings, or at least what was left of them. The thing is, the smokey like black substance wasn't and couldn't be smoke. It was sinking and it looked more like mist.

I forced myself to turn around and bare what I would see next. I gasped when I saw what was their. Tears welled into my eyes. I was staring out onto two sections. Half was New Rome, but the other was the most heart breaking. I saw the ruins of my favorite place on Earth. My home. Camp Half Blood was laid out in complete disaster. A tear slipped down my cheek, which I didn't bother to wipe away. I recognized a few bodies on the field. Some were my brothers and sisters, others were just cousins and friends. I tried to run forward as I started to sob, but I was nailed to the spot.

I heard a low male voice rumble over the fields. "This is where you will end up if you continue on the path your quest will take you. Are you sure that is what you want?" The voice mocked.

"Stop it! None of this is true or ever will become true! Show yourself you coward!" I shouted out of pure rage.
A figure started to materialize in the distance.......

I woke up to shaking.

"Piper! Wake up!" Jason was yelling my face. I opened my eyes and melted into tears all over again.

"It's ok. Your are safe." Annabeth soothed me.

"By any chance were you dreaming of ruins and a mans voice?" Percy asked.

"Yeah..." I sniffled.

"We all had that same dream.... Also what was that castle?" Carter explained but followed with a question.

Jason answered him quickly. "Long story, which I'm sure you will be finding out about that pretty soon because you are part of that long story."

Hi! I'm am so sorry I didn't update sooner! I got sick two days ago when I was SUPPOSED to update.... I wasn't eating. Like I was really depressed because my sister and mom were leaving for China for 11 days. And then on top of that, my seven year old cousin just now died the day before my sister and mom left for China. He died from a really bad allergic reaction to Halloween candy. He was so young..... I'm sorry. You guys don't want to know about my pain.
