You guys arrived back at the bunker the next day. You were still in rough shape and dean hadn't spoken to you since you left the motel. When you woke up he had been furious with putting your life in danger yet again. You didn't want to deal with it so you just shut him out and focused on resting. "Are we going to talk?" Dean asked you setting the bags on the table. "Not now," you tell him. "I need to rest and soak my body in a bath. Maybe after we can hash it out." You didn't wait for him to say anything. You took yourself to your room and locked the door behind you. You drew a warm bath and poured some Epsom salt and some of the dried lavender rowena left for you into warm water. Slowly you slipped into the bath, your body protesting in pain. But you knew the water and salt and lavender would do the trick and relax your body. Once you were all the way in you grabbed the wash cloth you set aside and put it over your eyes and closed them. Before you could take a nap, you thought about what to say to Dean, either way it didn't matter. It was same fight you guys have been having long before you guys started dating. (Continued below)

❗Dean's POV❗
The moment yoy walked away he had in his head to go after you and demand what the hell you were thinking back there. You could have gotten yourself killed. You could have just cut sam out of the chair and backed off but no you didn't. It irritated dean so much you didn't listen. Couldn't you see that he only gets this way because he loves you. He paced back and forth in the bunkers library thinking that he should just go into your room and try and talk calmly about it. Maybe that would work instead of yelling back and forth at each other. Dean took a deep breath and walked towards your room and tried to open the door but it was locked. He sighed and thought it was for the best. Dean and you needed to cool off. Just as dean turned around he saw Sam in the hallway. "She locked the door huh?" Sam half smiled. "Oh shut up," dean walked around his brother and went towards the kitchen to get a beer. "Be glad she did," followed dean. "You guys had daggers in your eyes and i wasnt sure if she was going to kill you if you started this fight again." "Man," dean set his beer on the counter. "Why couldn't she listen? She was already hurt." Sam leaned against the doorframe. "Because it's Y/N. She'd do anything to make sure we were good and didn't have to take the full weight of things." Dean took a drink. He knew Sam was right. (Continued below)

You finished getting your pajamas on and quickly combed your hair and prepared to go out and face dean. Part of you didn't want to have the same talk but then again you needed to hash it out again. You opened the door to hear sam say "dean no, you can't do that." You made your way down the hall towards the guys. "Its the only way man," you heard dean say firmly. "What's the only way," you turned the corner. The boys seemed to have been arguing given the looks on their faces. Sam walked passed "you're going to have to tell her man because what you just said..." sam didn't finish and he left the room. "What was that about?" You asked dean while you got yourself a drink. "Dean?" You noticed he didn't say anything. "Dean!" He looked up and you saw the whole world in his eyes and not in the way you would see them when he looked at you. "Y/N, I can't do this anymore." You smiled and gave a small laugh. "Okay, what?" "I can't keep worrying about you anymore. Each hunt we go on you throw your life, literally your life, to try and keep me alive or sam." You felt your entire heart drop. "What the hell are you saying? I dont need you to protect me or worry about me dean. You know that. In fact you do the same crap I do." "Y/N that's the thing, i know and I shouldn't but...here I am doing just that. One of could get killed." Dean wasnt making any sense. "Tell me what it is you want to say" you reach across the counter to grab hold of his hand but he pulled back. "I'm breaking up with you!" The entire room was quiet. You could swear you heard your heart stop. You didn't see this coming and you cluod already feel the tears coming. "What?" "I think it's best that you leave the bunker" dean began to leave the room. "You're making a mistake Dean Winchester, you'll never get me back." You pushed yourself away from the counter and pushed past dean and to your room. You put what you could in a bag and grabbed the keys to the vehicle you barely drove. Dean had watched you March through the bunker "I think it's for-" you turned sharply on him "save it dean!" "Let me know when you make it to a hotel" you made your way into the bunkers garage "go to hell dean and stay there this time." "At least let sam know." You let the door slam behind you and when you got into your car you didn't look back.
