Bad decisions

We sat down into a booth and i saw the place was literally empty

Like 3 tables were occupied

And guess what

Asher sat right fucking infront of our table

'Hi I'm Destiny and I'll be your waiter this morning what can I get you' she said

'Let's do one medium BBQ Chicken pizza and one medium Pepperoni pizza' he said

'And 2 large cokes please' I said

'Right away' she said

'Thought you would have gotten bacon since you burnt it' i said and he pouted

'Anyway how's university going' i asked

'Great I'm actually majoring in law. I've applied to a few law schools around' he said

'Oh my god that great' i said

'I would never become a lawyer' i said

'And why's that' he said

'Because say if you're a lawyer that deals with crime cases and all. And I don't know you get a case that someone's committed murder if they don't talk. I would end up slapping the person because I'm so damn impatient' i said and he laughed

'I understand. Law is difficult but I don't know I just love the thought of bossing people's asses around' he said and i laughed

'Oh and sorry about how I encountered you yesterday morning it was so rude and i didn't mean to' he said

'I thought you were like the neighbour or something you kinda look like her' he said

'What do you mean. She's ginger and has bright green eyes. I have brown hair and eyes' i said and he shrugged as the 2 Pizzas came and the drinks and we dug in

'So how's school going' he asked me

'Absolute shit.  I hate it' i said and he laughed

'It's way to cliché' i said

'The jocks, the star athletes, the stupid bimbos who piss me off I only saw them in the first day when they bitching about how I should stay away from their so called boyfriends and then the kids who think they're bad and really aren't' i said sort of implying to the 3 dudes sitting in front off me listening to our conversation

'Well that's the school for you. I went to the same one when your aunt adopted me' he said

'What happened to your parents if you don't mind me asking'

'I actually don't know.  I've been told I was found at the orphanages doorstep in the middle of the night when I was around 7 months old. I never wanted to find my parents because they left me. They didn't want me' he said and i felt so bad for asking

'Im sorry I shouldn't have asked' I said

'Its okay. My parents are now Devyn and Aiden' he said

'So Devyn told me about what happend to your parents'

My hand started shaking and i stopped mid bite as he said that

'Don't worry I got you. I know I'll never replace your brother but I'm your 2nd brother. A brother from another mother' he said and i smiled weakly at him as I took the bite and slurped on my drink

Just then my phone started ringing and i picked it up

'Hey honey where are you. I thought you were with Lydia' aunt said
