Chapter:12 A Brothers Love

                Perspective of Illumi

   I ponder on fathers words of advice as I watch the trio through the window. Gon was now cuddling my sleeping brother. I grit my teeth and swallow my rage. "Just pay attention to what father told you."I think to myself.

~~~~~~30 Minuets Earlier 4:00PM~~~~~
   I hold my phone to my ear as it rings. Father picks up on the second ring. "Illumi? Rare of you to call." He says.

   "I could say the same of you father. I have encountered a...mild issue." I say. "An issue? That either means you screwed something up, which is rare, or you are unsure what to do, again rare." He replies mild shock in his voice.

    "It's about kil. He and that boy, Gon, have reconnected it seems. They also appear to have feelings for each other." I quickly send him the picture I got from Hisoka of the two boys sleeping. "I don't think Killua being with him is good for him. Or the family for that matter."

    Dad remains quiet as if in thought. "What is he thinking? Gon isn't an assassin. He wouldn't cut it to be one either. But...I will admit...killua speaks highly of the boy."

   "Don't say you haven't noticed it illumi. Since Killua met that boy his growth has been exponential! The boy is a positive and a negative." He trails off and goes silent. "Give me some time to think about it and talk to the old man. Until then keep watch and do as you see fit." He hangs up before I can respond.

~~~~~~~~~Present time 4:35~~~~~~~~~

   "Do as I see fit? He probably intends for me to wait." I say to myself. I keep watching through the window. Killua has woken up and is kissing Gon. "Tsk."

   "You should leave them be illumi~." I turn to the voice behind me seeing Hisoka. "Can't you see how happy they are together?" He says. "My brother does not need that boy to be happy." I say irritated.

   "Oh come now. I've watched these two far longer than you have." He says, sitting next to me playing with a card. "And how would you know them better? I raised Killua. Hell he is my brother. Are you telling me you know him better than I?" I say threateningly.

                 Perspective of Hisoka
    A murderous aura emanates from his body. His blood lust makes me lick my lips. "Ohhhh I don't knooww~. I just know these boys are meant for each other~." I say smiling. Illumi remains silent his bloodlust seeping out. I look across the way into the window and see Gon and Killua staring at us with a look of shock on their faces. "Oh look what you've done illumi~! They know we are here now."

   I smile and wave at them. Killua grimaces and Gon waves a little. Illumi stares at me. "You love pissing me off don't you?" He asks calming down. "Yes I do~." I say simply. I take one of my cards and fling it at the window where it sticks in the glass startling the boys.

   I watch Alluka appear and inspect the card. She looks up at us and waves. But stops and hides behind Killua when she spots Illumi. "She seems scared of you." Illumi remains silent and I hop up. "I'll go watch somewhere more discrete. Have fun~." I say walking away.

               Perspective of Gon
   "I don't like this.." I say to Killua. "Why is your brother and Hisoka watching us?" Killua shrugs and pets Allukas head gently. "I'm not sure either. Although I don't think Hisoka is completely with him." I tilt my head. "What do you mean?"

    "Remember how I told you about Hisoka helping me with my feelings?" I nod. "Hisoka and Illumi have always worked together but right now I feel they are divided. Hisoka seems to like us together, and Illumi does not. That's what I'm thinking." He says crossing his arms. Alluka goes and curls up on the bed hiding from the window.

   "Do you think he may try something?" I ask worriedly. "I dunno. Illumi is a mystery to me with his goals. But something definitely isn't right." Killua looks up at the roof top where illumi is standing. I look up as well and notice him staring at me.

    Illumi turns and walks out of sight but I can still feel his gaze boring into me like like a drill. "So. Hopefully that doesn't deter us from going out for dinner?" Killua says to me smiling. "Of course it wont! I'm starting to get hungry actually." I say and kiss him on the cheek. "I'll go up to my room and get a change of clothes. You should too." He nods in agreement. "Meet in the lobby in about 15?" He asks.

   "Sounds good to me. Then it comes down to what do we eat?" I ask. Killua opens his mouth to say something but immediately closes it again. "I dunno. We will figure it out." I give him a curious look wondering what he was going to say. I shrug and kiss his nose. "Ok! See you soon killua!" I say walking out the door.

                  Perspective of Zeno
   "So old man. What do you think?" Silva asks me as we walk down the halls of the mansion. "Hmmmm. I don't like it myself. I wish to see the family continue to thrive before I die. It's already a pain Killua continues to reject his family and life style. But now he has feelings for this boy?"

    "That's the way it appears. Illumi is keeping an eye on the two." Silva answers. I groan out of irritation and tiredness. "This is a mess Silva. Killua is among the best of us and when the time comes, will easily surpass me, you and Illumi. You say this boy is responsible for Killua growth?" I ask.

   "Yes. Illumi has intel from another who has kept watch on them. Since they met they've become stronger at an exponential rate." He says opening the door to the dining room. "I see. I would be willing to bet since meeting this Gon, Killua has become weaker at the same time. Years of assassin training wasted."

     "You think Gon has made Killua soft?" He asks. I nod quietly.

   "Relay a message to Illumi. Dispose of the boy. Any means necessary. I don't care if he injures or kills him. Just make sure he brings Killua home." I instruct. Silva nods and leaves, leaving me to my thoughts as I sit at the table.
