Donnie's POV

He knew your birthday was less than two weeks away and he wanted to give you something, Something special that fits you perfectly.

"a ring. . . no that's to much, a bracelet . . . maybe, or maybe I can make her some tech" he murmured to himself while focusing on what to get you. He was sure about how he felt about you at this point but didn't want to get his hopes up, every time Mikey gave you a hug, when you and Leo would argue about letting you train, even when you and Raph had your intense moments he would be a little jealous of them.

'Then again I wouldn't want her to have heated arguments with me like she does with Raph', he think's grimacing at the thought.

Continuing to think up a design you hear your phone go off several times. You look at the name '(y/n) ?, and 5 messages', worried you open the messages.

You were walking home from work, Mr. Murakami gave you a little to go bag. You texted Donnie flaunting your food and wanting to come over for a bit. Chills on your spine soon came after a while, like someone was watching you. You still had your phone out so you texted Donnie along the way picking the pace up a bit. step step step, you hear foot steps and begin to panic a little bit.

'I was being paranoid before but someone's 100% following me'

You look around trying to stay away from the shadows. you were almost home but something hit the floor in front of you with a metallic sound, It was a Kunai.

'Oh no, Ninjas . . . THERES MORE OF THEM, is New York some kind of Ninja vacation spot ?!'

You pick it up and run away into a park near by and hide in the shadows holding your breathing as steady as possible.
