Sgt Peppers Band

Chapter 9: Edinburgh, Scotland

 The next morning Sadie awoke falling off the couch.  She hit the ground and she rubbed her head, for it seemed sore and that she had a headache.  She picked up the blanket as she held it around herself.  She looked over back to the couch as Jo Jo woke up.  He yawned, he searched and grabbed for his glasses and puts them upon his broad face.  He looked over to Sadie slightly confused for a moment.

  Sadie opened her mouth to say something but then nothing is said from her.  Jo Jo scratched his head,

"Did we---?"

"The sheets---?" Sadie said pausing.

"And last night you and I----?"

"I'm afraid so." Sadie bit her lip, she snickered.  Jo Jo shook his head smiling, his head falling back on the couch,

"Where's love when you need it?"

"All you need is love, I guess."  Sadie shrugged.

"I'll be sure to remember that line." Jo Jo said grinning up to the ceiling.

   The two of them got dressed.  Jo Jo Phillips hurried back to the Sgt Pepper flat to get his things together.  He only had fifteen minutes and when he arrived at the flat his friends asked him of where he was last night.  Although, Henry sensed the situation from his friend and he winked at him. Jo Jo scrunched his nose shaking his head.  Henry rolled his eyes chuckling.

  Jo Jo packed all of his things together in a case.  Just as he was doing that, Billy walked into his room and asked,

"You were hooked with her.  That's it isn't it?"

"I couldn't just hide my love away for her Shears!  You know how hard that is?  Of course you don't because you've never been in love like I have.  Besides, we went on a date, we both had feelings for eachother y'know?"

"You went out with her and never came back." Billy said grinning raising a brow.  

"Oi, piss off will you?  It's none of your business."  Jo Jo hissed at him angrily.

   Later, the Sgt Pepper men made there way to the London Airport in England.  The boarded the same plane the Rose Angel's were taking and they were soon on there way to Edinburgh.  The plane flew through the air and above the clouds over the little rivers and trees.  Carl Esquire looked out the window seeing the land below.

   Henry sat on the plane next to Jackie who was bored looking out the window.  He began a conversation with her and the two came to know eachother more in a friendly way.  As for Billy Shears, he had to sit next to the annoying, bubble gum chewing, black haired Roxy girl.  She seemed to have hated sitting next to Shears as well, and they never talked for the whole plane ride.

  Before, when the plane took off Nicole passed out as the plane was rising in the air.  For Jo Jo Phillips he read through a book as Sadie looked to his book also interested.  That is of course until she falls asleep, her head laying upon his shoulder.   He smiled kissing her hair.  They soon made there way into Edinburgh.

The plane lands on the runway and makes it's way to the gate.  The Rose Angel's and the Sgt Pepper men made there way out of the Airport and call for a Scotland bus to take them too the Edinburgh Castatello (A hotel near the Edinburgh Castle).  They get onto the bus and make there way into the land.  

  The trees were short and green, a bunch of wine grape yards stretch from everywhere.   Soon they arrived at the Castatello right near where the Edinburgh Castle was.  It was old, made of grey stones, bricks, and flags.  The perfect monument for a hateful person to destroy.  The eight friends and some loved ones, make themselves at home in there large hotel rooms.

Inside one room, were four doors where the Sgt Pepper men would sleep.  The same goes for the Rose Angel girl's.  Jo Jo laid his stuff out on the bed and he went to go back outside where he could see the Castle.  He stood there outside, looking up to the old palace.  How something like that could possibly be destroyed.

"We're gonna find them, and save this place."  says Sadie from behind him.

"I hope so.  Otherwise we might get framed for another bombing."  Jo Jo said gravely.

"Guys I ping the pager device and I've got the true heat signatures on where the two men could be,"  Nicole said walking up with the others.

"They're located near the entrance of the Castle.  They don't seem to be moving, oh wait, now they're moving!  Entering the castle.  I think we should leave, now."

"We haven't even got a plan Nicole.  We don't even know where they are going in the castle.  We should never go an find bad-guys without a plan.  Always."  Roxy said.

"So then what are we gonna do?" Jackie asked.

"I'd say we flank em.  One of us finds a  way in in front of them, and another few of us comes from behind them.  They'll have nowhere to go, unless there's a hall that turns right or left."  Carl Esquire suggested.

"Good thinking Esquire, we have to be aware of our safety as well lads.  We don't want anyone hurt or killed, that goes for the civilians ere' in this area and Castle."  Billy Shears said scratching his tiny black mustache.  

"And if things go sideways?" Sadie asked.

"We'll be there for eachother.  Cause we have too be, otherwise, we'd die and other's will die as well.  We stick together with the plan, we've always got to have one.  We're gonna catch Gorbach and Krushev no matter what.  They did something wrong that effected hundreds and thousands of people, and we're here to punish them for their terrible act.  We're doing this for the people who lost there son's, daughter's, and or loved one's of Liverpool.  Whatever it takes, we're the one's here trying to help,"

"So.  Are we all in agreement?"

Everyone who was entranced by Jo Jo's speech nodded there heads slowly.  Carl spoke,

"Before all of this Phillips, you were like all funny and joking, and now your a leader."

"I've always been the leader of Sgt Pepper's Lonely Heart's Club Band, Carl."  Jo Jo winked.

"I thought that was me." Billy Shears said.

"Your a featured singer Shears.  Your just famous because of your name."  scoffed Henry.

"Wow, that was a bit harsh." Roxy said in the background snickering.

"Damn, you guy's really ruined the moment."  Jo Jo said shaking his head.

"Your welcome!" Jackie said smiling.

After the stupid conversation.  The eight friends finally split into four groups.  For they were to execute the plan to catch two bombers of Liverpool.  Gorbach and Krushev.
