Comprehend

It all began back when Russies began toying with the eastern Yeuro countries. Before we knew it they began attacking their neighbors and taking their land by force. Now we're here fighting for the Duchy of Bavaria - the economical powerhouse of Yeuro. Protests broke out of both countries attempting to take over the government to peace, but they were violently shut down. Both Russie Republic and United Federation shut down anti-war protests by arresting them and sometimes resorting to gunshots. Real gunshots. The Miskoev Incident of 2019 and the Washig Incident of 2018. Pretty amazing how both happened so close to eachother - as if the governments were working together. There are no more peace protests as of now though. The Washig Incident is where Filak lost his dad - he was shot by a police man for being a protester. Never knew his mom though. That's why Filak usually thinks of this as a game - to comprehend that this war literally tore his family apart.

"Filak you okay?"
"Oh- did I space out?"
Orsis pushed him lightly against his shoulder.
"'Course you did! We're walkin, looking for vehicles and waiting for your orders and here you're staying quiet."
"Sorry about that."
"It's nothin. We're approaching the plains. We spotted a potential base using drones. Could be scavs or actual Russies. But we can take either."
Wesson came up to the two and asked Filak.
"Captain, we spotted APCs leaving the farm house. There are probably enemies."
"Alright - get ready to engage. Orsis check if there are guards."

The team climbs a small hill right infront of the edge of the forest, not letting the people in the farmhouse notice them. Orsis and Skif spot a few snipers and soldiers on the watchtowers.

"Over there, look. There are 2 machinegunners - if we take them out we will be able to rush them. But I think we should let our assault team run up til the gates and walls and shoot the front 2 towermen when they notice."

Orsis nodded to Skif's plan. Filak looked at the base himself.

"I think these walls can be blown with normal charges..."
"Affirm, I can see small cracks through my scope too." Orsis replied, already having her SV-98 set up.

"Alright, listen up. Heckler, Daewoo, Sauer and Jericho - you'll all be in the assault by your default roles. Sauer goes up first and tries to flank the people from the back and so that we can pinch them at the gate. Heckler takes explosives. As soon as Heckler explodes the wall, Daewoo opens fire using the RPK-16 he has. I'll have an M4A1, Heckler takes his M1A EBR, Sauer takes something light - but preferably an MP-153. Jericho takes the SA-58. Skif and Orsis will shoot and disable towers as soon as they notice, everyone else be ready because we might need some backup."

Everyone prepared, and then team 1 began rushing towards the front gate. They got noticed very hardly since the tall grass was the same color as their clothes, and tried opening fire - but instead had been shoot in the heads, but Skif shot in the chest since he had a TRG-42, and was powerful enough to kill with a shot on the chest.

Sauer quickly ran around the wall with a shotgun, and Heckler planted C4 near the gate. Filak, Jericho, and Daewoo with Heckler got back, as Daewoo quickly loaded a 95 round drum, and pulled the charging handle, opening fire as soon as the explosion happened and shoot the ground a bit, Sauer climbed over the wall, shooting the people coming out of the barracks, while Daewoo took care of the people already outside, while Filak threw a grenade in the barracks, and Sauer ran to them, shouting "FRIENDLY!" to not get shot by Daewoo. A loud explosion, and the barracks collapsed - it was merely a large tent, and it was in flames. Noone stood alive from the enemy anymore, as the people back on the hill spectated - waiting for the Russie flag to get lowered.

When it got lowered, Filak said through the radio that they are done and the people on the hill cheered, as they went over to help them loot and get vehicles, only grabbing pistols and leaving their supplies with Skif and Orsis just in case. Not a single Russie word was said during the raid - and it was perfect. Though Sauer got hit in her leg with shrapnel, she could still walk and is getting treated by Jericho.

"Mission success!" Filak yelled out as he noticed the large amount of closed but filled ammo boxes, weapon cases, and lockers.

"Damn, any new weapons?" Orsis looked at the crates, and also at the 2 Jeeps.
"We took some just in case, but we also got loads of expensive ammo too." Jericho replied.

"Alright, you all did well. We now have a form of transportation, we will get to Cologne easier now. It's also getting kinda late, so Koch and Wesson will stay on guard tonight."

Everyone went to rest after setting up a camp, as Koch and Wesson sat on the logs outside.

"You wanted to talk, right?"
"Yeah but I just decided I'm not ready to talk about it yet..."

Wesson turned around, looking over her MP5SD.

"You know thats gonna eat you up if you keep it in and dont speak."
"Look at yourself, idiot! You're literally being pushy on me! I thought you're quiet!!"

A streak of red went over Wesson's face.

"Whatever." Koch said, getting up to get some crackers.

The night was silent and nothing weird happened except Wesson being quiet, despite being super talkative with everyone, which really made Koch think.
