~Stella's pov~

"I hate Monday's" Elsie complained.

"Same"

"It's like the start of a week in hell"

"It isn't like, it is" I corrected her.

"Fair enough" She agreed.

Elsie and I were currently walking to journalism, I was extremely tired. Saturday night we stayed at the party really late, then Sunday Harry ended up texting me and saying he was picking my up early. I was kind of thankful because Elsie and Peyton were asleep when I left so they didn't ask me where I was. Harry and I ended up just grabbing a bite to eat at a restaurant, then he took me home right after. When Harry and I went out it was a bit awkward at first, but by the end we talked like we had been friends for years. To my luck, when I got home Peyton and Elsie were still asleep, so they didn't even know I left. The rest of Sunday was spent at Liam's apartment till like 3 in the morning.

Ashton was picking me up after journalism today, and I was pretty excited about it. Ashton was a really great guy, he was nice and really funny, I'm glad I met him at the airport.

"Want to go to this restaurant down town and get something to eat after class?" Elsie asked.

"Can't"

"Why not?"

"I have plans"

"With who?" She questioned interested.

"A guy I met awhile back"

"What's his name?"

"Ashton Irwin"

"I've heard of him before, I think he's friends with someone, one of Harry's friends. He lives in our apartment building too doesn't he?"

"Yes he is and yes he does"

"How do you know he's friends with one of Harry's friends?" Elsie asked, she was practically interrogating me.

"Just know, Ashton told me" I tried to say it as believable as possible, but I'm really not a great liar.

"I have another question" she told me.

"What's that?"

"Peyton said you left her at the party for awhile where'd you go? And where were you yesterday morning?"

"Off with Ashton"

"Actually?"

"Yes" I assured her.

"Well that's bullshit" she told me scoffing.

"What?"

"You went off with Harry, not Ashton." I widened my eyes shocked she caught on to my lie.

"How did you know that?" I asked.

"Liam told me, he was worried you were getting involved with the wrong people. Harry being the wrong people"

"Look I'm sorry I lied I just didn't want you to know" I apologized.

"You aren't sorry because you lied, and I know you didn't want me to know. That's the whole thing about a lie you don't want the other person to know. Look I was just looking after you, and then you don't have the decency to not tell me when you're with him?"

"I really am sorry this may just seem like I was hooking up with him, but there's more to it I swear" I tried assuring her.

"Ok then what's more to it?" She asked.

"I don't know if I want to exactly say, it's a long story."

"So you know I am mad you lied. So when you're willing to tell that story to justify why you lied talk to me" She said annoyed, and walked fast to get away from me.
