chapter six- Thursday night

Peter says, " you being alive is a jackpot, you don't need to do anything to be deserving of love and happiness".
Did Elizabeth lie to me? Peter is a bad wolf that is what have grown up knowing but he is so kind.
What kind of bad wolf sleeps on my bedroom floor, just so to wake up and comfort me. My bad dreams never end and he catches me as they chase me. Peter cares about me at all costs. Most times when im terrified and can't stop crying, his shoulder becomes my pillow. He tilts my chin up and whispers ," if you feel you're losing everything , remember that trees lose their leaves every year and still stand tall and wait for better days to come.

Finding out Peter is a medical doctor doesn't surprise me. His actually well known here in Livingston , Zambia.
I kinda stalked him on internet through his laptop.

For the first time ever in my father's mansion, I want to prepare dinner. I asked the maid for some help. It's 6pm and the food is almost ready. I always loved cooking with Elizabeth. Except the food we cooked is downgraded , our mouths would only taste chicken on Christmas .
Peter and Josh walk in, I did not know Josh was coming over.

I have never been this anxious in my life. Am always comfortable in skinny jeans but tonight I feel uncomfortable. Josh's stare is making me feel almost naked . Im so glad Peter ain't looking my way.

We just finished having dinner and Josh can't stop talking about the delicious macaroni he just ate.

Yes I am a lunatic, a crazy girl who was stupid enough to get raped in a truck from work. We was  Caught in the act by the wife who alarmed the whole neighborhood. I was disgraced and highly humiliated those ruthless woman stripped me naked. All in the name of," you seduced him" . You always flaunt your light skinned thighs.

Josh gets up and holds my hand.
