"I'm not working with them!" Ron exclaimed.
"Calm down, Weasel. We're just cleaning. You don't have to talk to us." Draco said with a roll of his eyes.
"You're damn right I don't have to talk to you death eaters!"
I saw the five of them all tense up. I saw a flash in Draco's eyes. And everyone was completely silent.
"I'm not a death eater..." Draco whispered.
"The mark on your arm says otherwise," Ron snapped.
I looked at the five people in front of me and I could see tears in Pansy's and Daphne's eyes.
"Ron...Calm down..." Hermione whispered as she placed a hand on his shoulder.
"Are you kidding me, Hermione?! They are the enemy! They always have been, always will be!" he yelled.
"Don't yell at her!" Ginny exclaimed.
"Oh shut up Ginny and go stuff your mouth with Harry's saliva!" Ron snapped.
Ginny glared at Ron and I could see she was reaching for her wand. I quickly got my wand out and pointed it towards her, "Expelliarmous."
Ginny watched as her wand flew into my hand. She glared at me and I saw the gleam in her eye that I always saw before Annabeth judo flipped me.
"Oh god, I made a mistake," I said realizing what I had just done.
"No kidding, mate," Draco said with a shocked expression.
"Perseus Jackson. I will murder you." Ginny said before starting to walk towards me.
I felt a bead of sweat fall down my face and I tossed the wand to her and ran onto a couch trying to get away from Ginny's wrath.
"Ginny..." Harry said before walking over to her.
Harry calmed Ginny down but I was still up on the couch ready to jump onto any other furniture.
"Can we please start doing what we are meant to be doing?!" Thalia and Nico yelled.
Everyone looked towards them and were silent.
"Thank you!" Hermione exclaimed before getting her wand out of her pocket and walking around the room.
Everyone started to walk around the common room and used the reparo charm on everything. We started to fix up the furniture and the banners around the room.
"Wingardium Leviosa." I heard Hermione say before taking out a pile of debris in the halls.
I started to repair the fireplace when Draco came over to me.
"Hey, Percy?" I heard him say.
"What's up, Draco?" I asked as I finished fixing the stone around the fireplace.
"I'm going to tell you this since you are more likely to believe me than the other Gryffindors. None of us were death eaters. At least we didn't want to be. We were all forced by our parents to become them since they were death eaters. I'm the only one who has the tattoo on my forearm. None of the others do. So, make them be nice to the others, or at least try to. They don't have to be nice to me but don't make it so there can't be any friendship between the houses." he said with a small frown.
I nodded and smiled, "I'll do my best."
He nodded and almost walked away but turned back around and looked back at me, "Also, tell Hermione I'm sorry for calling her the name all those years. It's what I was taught."
I nodded and he walked away.
I sighed and continued to work on the fireplace. I placed the decorations onto the shelf above it and placed the banners above it as well.
Once we were done with the main common room I looked at the time and realized lunch had started to be served half an hour ago. I grabbed some of the trash bags. I carried them out of the common room door and I walked down the hall to where the closest, giant, trash can was.
Before everyone had come this morning, McGonagall had put giant trash cans all throughout the school. So, that's where we have been putting all the debris and leftover trash.
As I walked into the common room I realized how good we actually made it look. It looked exactly like all of the pictures I had been shown.
"Hey, who wants to go get food? I mean I think we deserve it after making the common room this good." I said with a smile.
Everyone agreed and we took out the rest of the trash before heading down to the great hall.
When we walked in there weren't four sperate tables. Instead, the tables were put together in the shape of a giant square with small tables in the center. There were gaps in between the tables that you could walk through so you can be on both sides of the tables.
"Woah..." Hermione whispered.
"House unity at it's finest..." Draco whispered.
I had a huge grin on my face. The fact that everyone was able to sit together and they didn't have to sit apart just made me happy to see it all. Camp doesn't even let us sit together. We have to sit at our parent's table.
"I see you have finally come down to eat. You may sit where ever with whoever. There will be no more separating houses. Only house unity." McGonagall said with a smile as she walked up to us.
"It's a brilliant idea, Professor," I said with a smile.
She nodded and then walked away.
Harry, Hermione, Ron, and Ginny all walked over to the table that the other Weasley's were eating at. Thalia, Nico, and I, however, weren't too sure where to sit.
We have been sitting with the Weasley's this whole time. But we had become friends with Draco and his gang as well.
"You don't have to join us." I heard Draco say behind me.
I turned towards him and looked at him curiously, "What?"
"You can sit with the Weasley's. You don't have to sit with us. I could tell you were trying to decide who to go and sit with. Go sit with them. Just, put in a good word for us. Alright?" he said before turning towards his other friends and walking away.
I looked at the other two and they were staring at him in shock. I shook my head and went over to the Weasley's.
I sat down next to Harry and I got everyone's attention, "Alright everyone I need to tell you all something."
