Cassie had a difficult time making up a believable story to her parents why she and Jane were sneaking into her house and weren't at Jane's house. At least Cassie's parents bought the lie so Cassie and Jane were now in Cassie's bedroom.

"Man, I can't believe we saw an actual human." Jane said.

"And a cute one too." Cassie sighed with a smile.

"Yeah. I've always had a bit of a human fetish." Jane said while thinking deeply.

"What?" Cassie asked with a surprised expression.

"Nothing." Jane said while blushing madly.

"Okay. Did you se-" Cassie began before tilting her head, listening to something.

"You heard it too, right?" Jane asked as she listened as well.

"Sounds like it's coming from the kitchen." Cassie said as she turned to her door.

"Well, hello ladies." A wolf said as he stood in the doorway.

Cassie and Jane backed up against the wall as the wolf neared them.

"Now now. Don't make a sound and this will be over fast and easy." He said.

The wolf grinned devilish as he pulled out a gruesome looking knife. He stepped forward as there was a loud clang before he fell forward to reveal Frost standing behind holding a frying pan and two backpacks.

"I thought you two needed these." Frost said as he held up they're backpacks.

"How did you find us?' Cassie asked in shocked.

"Well, it's a long story an-" Frost began saying.

"BEHIND YOU!!!" Jane shouted.

Frost turned around just in time to see another wolf aim his gun at him. Frost blocked just in time as the wolf fired a shot at his chest. The shot clanged loudly against the frying pan and bounced off. Frost approached the wolf swiftly, blocking three more shots before hitting the gun out of the shooters hand. The wolf looked pissed as he rubbed his sore hand but Frost didn't give him any time to rest, he immediately slammed the pan against the wolf's other hand, maybe breaking it in the progress. The wolf howled in pain before being silenced by a hit in snout, knocking him out cold.

Behind the wolf stood a male dragon holding a shotgun and behind him a female holding a wooden rolling pin. Their eyes were wide in shock, whether it was from seeing human or the two knocked wolves, Frost couldn't tell.

Frost didn't feel too well himself, there was a strange sweet taste in his mouth and his vision began to swim. He looked down and his eyes widened with fear at dark stain forming on his shirt. He slowly placed his hand on his side and winched in pain before bringing up his blood stained hand.

"Oww." Frost said after he looking at the two adults, Jane and Cassie before he collapsed.
