Frost left the warehouse/garage through the same door as Jessica and Tina, but there was no sign of them. He looked around, not remembering where he is suppose to go. He heard some music playing behind a door. He walked over to the door and knocked on the door. No response.

Frost opened the door and immediately recognised this room. This is the room he and Erica spent their days training their agility and endurance. The room was a parkour room with mock buildings, walls and everything.

Frost noticed Erica climbing one of the mock buildings. He began to grin as a plan formed in his head. He took off his hoodie before going around the back off the structure Erica was climbing. There was a one meter space between the structure and the wall of the room, perfect for some wall climbing. Pushing one foot and hand against the structure and the same with the wall, Frost pushed upwards and started to move upwards by constantly repeating this movement. Erica was climbing the structure using the ledges and windows, making it easier for Frost to reach the top before her.

Erica pulled herself onto the mock roof and looked down the six story drop before getting the fright of her life as a voice greeted. She spun around in a defensive round-house kick. Frost duck out off the way, barely missing a kick to the face.

"Frost! You really have to stop with these jump-scares. I almost kicked you in the face." Erica said as she realized who it was.

"But you didn't." Frost pointed out with a grin.

"But I could've." Erica said.

"Hmm. Nah, I'm too fast for you." Frost countered.

"Oh. Prove it." Erica challenged.

"Alright. Try to hit me." Frost said as he got ready.

"Oh no. You said you were FASTER, not a better fighter. So were going to race." Erica stated.

"But..." Frost started to complain.

"Or you can just admit that I'm the faster one." Erica said with a shrug.

"No way. Let's go right now." Frost said defensively.

"Excellent. Race you to the roof of that building." Erica said as she pointed to the corner on the other side of the room on with an one story mock building.

"When do we start?" Frost asked.

"Right now." Erica said as she dashed the other way.

Frost didn't no why she was going that way, but he ran to the edge of the building before vaulting over the ledge into a cat grab on the opposite building's ledge. He grabbed onto the drainage system pipe and started sliding down it. He dropped down into a safety roll on the ground when he was one story high. He ran around the corner, straight into a fence. He began to climb the fence as Erica ran at the fence and kicked off the wall to lift herself over the fence without even needing to touch the fence. Frost dropped down at the other side of the fence as Erica dashed into the building in front of him. He ran and did a wall run to get onto the roof of the same building. He ran and did leap jump over a gap, before running again and did a bar jump into a three story construction building. He ran through it and did a monkey-to-bomb vault through the window to land on the roof of that was the finish line.

Now for Erica. Erica dashed the other side off the building to drop onto the fire escape stairs. She climb over the ledge and started dropping down to each landing of stairs, doing a cat grab on the railings. She descended quickly and dropped down at the end. She wasted no time as she immediately started running. She came closer to a fence as Frost turned the corner and started to climb the fence. She sway to the right and jump against the wall. Using her right hand and foot, she pushed upwards and off of the wall. Her momentum made her shoot over the fence easily, not wasting time climbing it like Frost. She did a safety roll as she landed on the other side and did a dash vault through a window. She ran onwards and did a double-kong through the one window to the other. She left the building through the doorway and ran into a construction building. She ran up the stairs, three at a time, going to the third. She did a swallow through a window to land onto the roof that was the finish line.

Erica and Frost look at each other after finishing their safety rolls in unison. They panted as they looked at each other with uncertainty of who won.

"I was here first." Frost said.

"No way. I was." Erica pointed out.

"No. My right foot landed before your right foot." Frost stated.

"I'm left, not right like you." Erica pointed out.

This fight went on for a few minutes, before they both bursted out in laughter for fighting over something so stupid.

"Let's agree that we are both fast." Erica said after she stopped laughing.

"The fastest?" Frost asked.

"Yeah. We're the fastest." Erica replied with a smile.

Frost smiled happily, before frowning a bit as he noticed his odour and sweaty clothes.

"Where exactly are the showers again?" Frost asked.

"Out the door, left. Go straight till you enter the gym. You will see the shower sign in there." Erica explained.

"Thank you. You coming along?" Frost asked.

"Nah. I still need to train a bit more." Erica answered.

"Have fun." Frost said before going to hug her goodbye, however Erica stopped him.

"No hugs for you in this state. You're all sweaty. Plus, you stink." Erica pointed out as she teased him by pinching her nose.

"Oh come on. It's not that bad." Frost said.

Erica just laughed and watched Frost retrieve his hoodie before leaving.
