This just in the rapper G-Eazy and his lawyer are taking the actress Alexandra "Alex" Lindenmann and the actor Jason "Jace" Xavier Russo to court for the custody and a restraining order. He doesn't want a man who he doesn't know anything about him near his four year old daughter Ayla Marie Gillum Lindenmann to be around Jace or be living in the same environment as her daughter. On the opposite side Alex says she doesn't trust G-Eazy because of addiction with alcohol and the drugs and argues how its not a safe environment for Ayla. Lindenmann doesn't trust him with Ayla being around the Victoria Secret Model Yasmin Wijnaldum or him. Since Lindenmann and Russo have been together for almost seven months it will be hard to believe this.

Lindenmann's lawyer says she will win this case since she has been in Ayla's life since she was born but the rapper didn't want to be part of his four year old daughter life instead going partying with ex girlfriend Halsey. the lawyer also stated that Lindenmann and the rapper were dating for just a month but it ended shortly when he cheated on her with Halsey four years ago before Ayla was in the picture. When she found out she was pregnant with Ayla she called the rappers mom and his manger Matt Bauerschmidt and confirmed the results to them that it was true that the rapper is the father but it took him so long to be part of Ayla's life till now. The agreement that Lindenmann set up for the rappers visits where of herself, her older sister Margot "Maggie" Lindenmann or Matt Bauerschmidt Ayla's godfather were present with him and Ayla he has the right. But since they moved to Calabas the rapper has been visiting stopping by. And if she and Ayla are out of town she'll give him a heads up about it and if he's out of town and Matt is with them she has no problem but the one thing is that the rapper doesn't want supervised visitation when it's him and his daughter. Lindenmann's lawyer says that Ayla stated that he is never around here and wanting to spend time with her but always late and has an excuse to leave, with his friends or his Victoria Secret girlfriend Yasmin Wijnaldum. He wants a restraining order against Jace to be away from Ayla.

In G-Eazy case isn't that much since his life is more touring around the world, doing alcohol and drugs all at once. His lawyer says if he's sober throughout the case he has a chance to get the custody of his daughter and the restraining order her wants. he says it's unfair how Lindenmann is treating him especially her older sister Maggot in front of Ayla and involving with visiting days.

The law says if one parent who has been mostly been into the child's life in this case Alex's. He or she will get the full custody but the other parent will have their time with their child if the case of the rapper and be looked by the background check. This is out of topic but if the parent or person who is in a relationship with another person and they don't have any criminal record in their background check there's no problem, sometimes it's the opposite thing.

We don't know who this case (trail) will take but what will the people decide well the judge decide.

Even with the court case aside there's rumors that Alex is pregnant with Jace's baby that was informed by TMZ since they got photos when they were in the somewhere out of the city of Calabas and taking photos as the couple was smiling. They shoot a photo of Alex having the baby bump visible if she was in a couple weeks of pregnant. Seven months in the relationship and already having a baby? What will the judge say about this?
