Tris POV
Everyone's eyes were on me. No one really hid the fact that they were surprised an Abnegation girl had first, transferred, then was the first jumper.
If they thought that was amazing, wait till initiation starts.
Everyone had jumped and were standing before the man who took my test.
"My name is Four." He spoke.
"Four? Like the number?" Christina asked.
"Yes, like the number." Four said flatly to her.
"What? Were one, two and three taken?"
Four walked extremely close to Christina, only inches apart.
"If I wanted to deal with smart mouth Candors I would have joined their faction."
He backed away from her slowly.
"Ok! Dauntless born go with Lauren and transfers come with me."
All the kids in black clothing followed a blond haired girl away through a large door.
"Follow me." Four said.
We all did as told, following him through a maze of halls.
"I will be taking you on a quick tour."
He lead us out of the hallway and onto a platform that viewed most of the Dauntless compound. I knew right then, that I belonged here.
--------------------------------------
"Alright! Get changed and ready for dinner in fifteen minutes!" Four commanded us.
The tour had ended with the bunk room that all of us transfers would be sharing.
I quickly changed from my old Abnegation clothes to my new Dauntless ones.
Even though the Dauntless clothing is more fitted and tight, they were more comfortable to me then the baggy Abnegation clothes.
I threw the grey pieces of cloth into the incinerator that Four had shown us earlier, watching the fire take over it's threads.
I smiled at the sight of the blazing fire taking away my last piece of home.
I walked towards the cafeteria, and when I entered, I sat with Christina, a boy named Al, and the Erudite named Will.
"Candor tells the truth." Christina stated.
"Erudite tell the truth because we have the facts." Will explained.
They bickered back and forth for a couple minutes before...
"I don't want to hear about your old factions." Fours silky, gruff voice said.
Instantly they both shut their mouths.
Four sat on the end of the bench next to me, and just starred. He starred at me, my food, the cup I was drinking out of. It was kind of freaky.
"What are you looking at." I say.
"Nothing really, you?"He smirks.
I glare at him. That was rude of him to say and it made me angry.
"I'm not sure what I'm starring at." I say, looking him straight in the eyes.
His smirk fled off him face and he just turns away from me.
"Welcome initiates!" Max called over the cafeteria. People cheered and hollered for us, and it made me fall even more in love with the idea of being Dauntless.
After dinner I went back to the bunk room while the others explored. I was tiered and my back was aching from all the walking I've done today.
My eyes fluttered shut and I was engulfed in a peaceful sleep.
