Y/N's Pov "I can't believe it! Grell honestly I'm stunned!" "As am I.." They sighed a happy sigh, then giving me a small toothed grin "You need to help me get ready before I go.. Pretty please?" I chuckled and petted the red-head "But of course! Who else would do your hair and makeup?" I leapt up from my seat, grabbed Grell's wrist then pulled them out to the road next to us, and hailed for a carriage to the manor. Of course, as a member of the trancy household, the task of getting back was quick and free.
I mean, who could resist giving me or Grell a free ride?
No one of course!
"Y/N I could've gotten us back by going over the buildings.. Like I usually do.." "Yeah I know." I smirked and whispered in their ear "But getting a free ride is so satisfying." They giggled and nodded, and we proceeded to talk throughout the ride to the manor. I grasped their wrist tightly as I basically kicked open the doors with zero fatigue, and dashing Grell upstairs into my room before anyone could question me, sitting them down on a chair, and then I grabbed my makeup out of a drawer. "So Grell. What are you going to wear- so I can co-ordinate of course!" Grell just looked up at me with a confused face. "I was just going to wear this-" "Yeah no." I interrupted, instantly walking into my closet "Red's your colour right?" They nodded as I walked back to Grell with a red dress "Wanna try?" "Y/N I doubt I'll even fit in your dress, I mean.. I'm a lot taller than you are.." I rolled my eyes playfully "And you think I don't trip up every five seconds, or wear heels?" "Fair point."
I helped Grell into the dress, and unsurprisingly to me it fit like a glove. In fact, it fit them better than it fit me. I showed them to a mirror to see them gasp "It's beautiful.. This perfect crimson colour.. The lace.. It's gorgeous.." "Isn't it just?" I exclaimed "It suits you so much! You can keep it." Seeing them smile was gratification enough for me. I mean, who needs a million outfits anyway. Claude would just end up ripping them anyway. "Alright!" I clapped my hands together "Since you're absolutely gorgeous anyway Grell, I wouldn't say you'd need much makeup anyway. Maybe a little mascara, eyeliner and gloss?" "Please don't poke my eye out..." They mumbled, laughing a small amount. I laid out the makeup in front of me, and just before I got to it, of course we got interrupted.
*knock knock* I sighed "Come in..." The door opened a crack, enough for me to see Claude's golden eyes. "Oh hello!" skipping over to him, he opened his arms to me and I happily gave him a hug "You're back!" "Well I only had a little business to do whilst out.. Since you got dragged by a certain redhead, in fact, the same one that's wearing your dress and in your chair..." He smiled, looking down at Grell. "Sebastian offered Grell tea! Isn't that great?!" I exclaimed, and looked up to see his facial expression change from soft to almost troubled. "Claude?" "I don't trust that. He hates you Grell, tries to kill you every chance he gets yet now he's being all nice?" "Sorry Claude, but I'm giving him a chance.. I love him." He sighs "Please just look after yourself. You know Y/N would be upset if you were to get hurt, in any way." "Erm.. Honey I'm here. You're speaking as if I weren't in the room. Plus I could go with them? To make sure they're okay?" I heard him grumble "I don't like that idea either.. If he so much as lays a finger on you.." "He won't. You know I can look after myself.." I walked back over to Grell and doing their makeup with Claude in the background, who was still trying to talk me out of going with Grell. Grell just say silently, which was very unlike them. "Grell? Are you alright?" I asked, looking into their eyes. "I was thinking about what Claude said.. What if Bassy is just trying to trick me?" "I told you.." I smiled back at them "I'll come to protect you if he does. No one attacks my best friend!" I looked over to Claude who gave me a small smile, pushing his glasses up with a small eyeroll. After I finished Grell's makeup, I quickly did their hair in a bun (which looked adorable by the way). (I saw the cosplay below and about died of cuteness- so that Grell looks like at the moment without the flowers :3 )

"Are you ready to go Grell?" I smiled, holding my hand in front of them, which they took with a slight nervous jitter. I looked behind me at Claude "I'll call for your name if I need help. You can sense it right?" He nodded with a smile and quickly walked over, leant down and kissed me softly "Please be safe." I kissed him in response "We'll be fine." I walked Grell out of the manor and to a carriage, to which I asked the driver to take us to the Phantomhive manor. "You ready?" I asked "Ready as I'll ever be.." They looked over to me with their shining emerald eyes, squeezing my hand slightly. ____________________________________
It's been a while.. Hasn't it my lovely readers? I'm so sorry it's been so long! I've had a lot of busy aspects happen in my life but now, I'll be coming back. I know my uploads have never been consistent or daily, however I will try to be back more often with updates.
