"The closer you get to me, the harder it will be to let you go..."
Mika fixed the tight leather skirt she had on as she balanced a tray on her hand which had Hennesy bottles and glass cups. The music in the strip club thumped loudly as the lights danced on the skin of people.
Pedro had her working as a server instead tonight and she didn't mind being off stage for today.It was April fourth and the strip club couldn't be any busier.
"Aye babygirl! C'mere!"
Looking towards a table, Mika scanned it to see five men, they looked young, probably in their early twenties.
Sighing she put on her Jade facad as she strutted towards the table, the men looked at her hungrily in her skimpy little outfit. Courtesy of Pedro of course.
She stopped in front of them, waiting to see what was the reason for them calling her.
"I know you. You that sexy ass stripper Jade...Mmm, why you ain't on the pole today baby girl?" One guy, with gold in his teeth asked.
" 'Cause boss man has me working off stage baby boy." She said in a mocking tone as she decided to place the Hennesy bottle and cups on their table.
"We ain't order this love." One guy with an ugly ass Mohawk spoke up.
Jade smiled. " It's on me."
"Well can you be on me?"
The table of guys erupted into laughter and snickers as they dapped their friend who asked the bold question.
Jade fought back an eye roll and huffed." No can do. You want a private dance? Request the girls working tonight."
As she was about to walk off, a cold hand gripped her wrist making her flinch.
"We want you tho Jade."
"Chill E, that's the chick who chills with Power." A guy with dreads spoke, he was the quite one of the group.
Erick looked at Yung before back at Jade, he slowly removed his hand from her wrist when recognizing her face." Aye sorry ma, I ain't know it was you. We not gon' tell Power now right?" He chuckled nervously.
Mika didn't say anything but scoff and strut away, it suprised her how some people already knew her as the "chick who chills with Power".
She wondered the perks that came with being with a man like him.

"We going to go see Grandma now Uncle.Zay?" Baby Lia asked as Achilles tried to strap her in the booster seat.
"Yeah mamas, we going now but stop moving." He says in agitation as he buckled her in.Closing the back door, he jumped in the drivers side and started the car.
"Play music!" Lianique chimed from the back.
Chuckling he turned on his radio and a song by Tupac started to blast through the speakers making Baby Lia frown. She hated any song that she couldn't sing along to." I don't know this one."
