"...Now that it's raining more than ever, know that we'll still have each other. You can stand under my umbrella..."
She tossed and tussled in bed as she woke up. Stretching her long arm out, Mika hoped to feel his body next to hers but unfortunately her fingers stroked against the cold sheets.Fluttering her eyes open, Mahika slowly sat up as she let out a yawn. Her eyes moved around the room of their beach house not seeing Achilles.
Slipping out of the comfortable bed, she stretched once more before shuffling to the conjoined bathroom.
"Oh my gawd." Giggling at her reflection in the large body mirror, Mika pulled down Achilles shirt she was wearing to reveal the purple hickeys on her skin. Marking my territory. She could imagine him saying something like that.
After brushing her teeth and washing her face, Mika quickly threw her hair up into a bun before going on the search in the large beach house of her man.
The waves crashed against the shore creating a soothing melody as the air smelt of salt. Achilles sat on the little deck as he smoked a blunt. His eyes fluttered clothes for a second before opening once a shadow cast over his body.
"Morning." Mahika greeted, happily leaning down to peck his plump lips.
"Morning..."
As she was about to sit in the unoccupied chair next to him, Achilles swiftly grabbed her body, pulling Mika to straddle his lap as she giggled widely at his actions.
She held the side of his face, feeling his jaw clench and unclench beneath her palms. For a few seconds they stared at one another.
Achilles could clearly see the love and admiration Mahika held for him in her green irisis. Her confession last night was a big pill for him to swallow, especially since he hadn't said those three words back to her.
He wondered what Mika saw when she gazed into the window of his souls. Could she see how broken, shattered, numb and lost he was on the inside but tried to hold it together all on the outside?
Probably not, and he couldn't help but think that's why she was falling for him. Because Achilles wouldn't let her go...and Mahika didn't know exactly what she was dealing with.
Ashing the blunt, his eyes flickered to the hickeys on her skin. Smirking he leaned to kiss all four of them tenderly whispering out a breathy "Mine."
That instantly made Mahika shudder, his possessiveness she found sexy and to know he wanted and needed her badly was all that mattered.
"How long you've been out hea'?" She asked as Achilles continued kissing her skin with a steady grip on her waist.
"Not long, I was waiting for you to wake up, come keep your man company."
Smiling, she ran her hands through his short black curls. Studying his features, Mika couldn't help but giggle.
"What's funny?" His eyebrows furrowed.
"Anyone eva' sey you look like Chris Brown?"
"Yeah, but I'm sexier."
Mahika laughed at how serious he was." Y'all both sexy."
Achilles squeezed her hips making Mika shriek." Don't be saying that shit, ion wanna hear you call another nigga sexy."
