She was with this man for two years. In the first few months they were together, things were great. In fact, it was amazing. Camila was convinced this was the man she wanted to spend the rest of her life with. She was ready to settle down with him. She thought she had been the luckiest woman to have met someone like him. But boy did he prove her wrong.

"How are you?" He asks smiling. Austin took it upon himself to sit down next to her. She really wanted to just get up and leave. "I see you're still in the photography business."

"Yeah it never stopped." She's faking it, and really selling it. All she wanted him to do was leave her alone. "So I really have to-"

"Daddy! Pweaseee cah I haf a cake pop?!" She was interrupted by a small little toddler. And then it hit her. Austin now has a daughter. The memories hit her like a brick.

"Austin.. I'm pregnant. And I was trying to find the right moment to tell you and I'm so hap-" She begins.

"You're pregnant..?" He rapidly blinks at her. She can see the look on written all over his face.

"No.. you have to get an abortion. Do you realize how fucked I am if you have this kid?!" He was starting to raise his voice at her. Camila's worst thought was happening right in front of her and she couldn't stop the tears anymore.

"Mila, babe why are you crying? I'll just take you to the clinic tomorrow morning and it's done." He tells her. "Just like that." He snaps his fingers.

She looks at him, her face carried in her hands. She couldn't believe what he was saying to her.

"Just.. like that.. Austin?!" She sobs. "I am NOT letting you take me.. to the clinic. I'm.. g-going t-to have this baby even if I have to raise him or her myself!" She yells back at him.

"Mila.. we're still in college. I'm in a really good spot right now at my company. After I get my degree, I'm going to get a promotion. Having this baby is only going to get in our way. I mean you've always wanted to start your own business. You really don't think this baby is going to change anything? Be fucking realistic Camila." He spits out.

She didn't want to talk to him after that. She didn't want to touch him. She didn't want to look at him. She didn't even want to listen to him breathe in the same room as her. So she grabbed her car keys and left his apartment. Camila calls Dinah as she's heading onto the highway.

"Hey Chancho what's - ARE YOU OKAY?" Her best friend asks worriedly. She couldn't even form coherent sentences at that moment. All she can do is hyperventilate.

"Mila breathe for me okay? Whatever it is, it's okay. Just come to my dorm. Or I can come to you, where are you?" There was a long pause on the phone before she could respond back.

"I'm just f-fucking o-over i-it. I'm o-on m-my way r-right now."

The next week after she had announced her pregnancy to Austin, she'd left him and decided to raise the baby as a single mother. But it was only a few months after she had a miscarriage.

"Yes honey I will get you one. Daddy is talking to an old friend right now. Can you sit and wait for daddy?" He asks her. She jumps with excitement and sits down on the couch like Austin had told her to, waiting patiently for her father to return to get her a cake pop.

"Sorry about that. She loves eating sweets." He turns back to Camila.

"It's no problem. She must get it from you." Camila smiles. "I remember you used to eat at least one bag of candy every other day."
